Ans was amazing! Such a beautiful Villa and the staff were incredible. Winnie is so wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The Villa was visited every day and cleaned and the Villa pool cleaned 3 times a week. Literally 200m from the night life of Seminyak and plenty of things to see and do! I stayed with my 4 teenagers and it was the best choice. Much better than hotels and much better value for money! Cannot recommend Ans as a host high enough either. She always responded within 30 mins or so and gave us recommendations for restaurants etc. 💯 recommend!

This villa is absolute bliss, located on the outskirts of Ubud between rice fields and jungle. All rooms were spacious with beautiful furniture in all of them. There were two large living areas with enough seating for a large group of people in each area. Each bedroom had its own air-conditioning allowing you to escape from the heat. The pool had great views looking out into the jungle with the river below. Wayan was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting a villa on the outskirts of Ubud.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The villa was beautifully designed, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. They were flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more convenient. They also arranged a car charter for us and provided many great recommendations for places to visit and things to do. Their thoughtful support made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was also great, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway. If there was 6 stars, I would have given it. This is a true hidden gem. We have stayed here now for 16 days and we don't want to leave. A beautiful pool, nice and big bedrooms - and a villa so well maintained. And such nice staff coming to take care of the villa every single day. We will be back!

Wonderful stay. Natasha was very responsive. We were offered early check in and late check out which we really appreciated! Shout out to our hosts Made, Icha, Wayan and Gede for making our stay so comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous! Loved the 24hr security in the villa. We definitely recommend this place!

Such a great place to stay in Seminyak because it’s so close to so many great shops and restaurants, but located down a quiet street so was peaceful and quiet when at home. Great to chill in the garden and swim in the pool. Seminyak Square is just a short walk away and it was so easy to get a Grab scooter if I wanted to go further. Helpful, friendly staff that were always willing to answer my questions. A great experience. Thank you.

What can we say. This place is an absolute gem. It was just perfect for our two families of four and was in a fantastic location. Ben the owner, Mr Sukra and his team Lily and Prita, as well as the lovely grounds keeper, were all just so easy to communicate with and would go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The villa was cleaned and tided spotlessly each day, the breakfasts were plentiful and incredibly tasty, the gardens and pool beautifully kept and the fridge was stocked full of all our favourites at cost price. Mr Sukra and his team cooked us an amazing dinner one night as well! If you are looking for a private, quiet villa that is within short walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Seminyak as well as the main shopping mall and markets, only 10 minutes walk to the beach then you can’t go past this place! Comfy beds, super cosy cabana with a fan and charging points, greenery, flowering plants and comfortable, beautiful furnishings! Suksma! We will be back

Minimalist Entire Villa near Seminyak beach

This place is a gem. Literally 5 mins walk from the beach, there are a number of local cafes, laundries and convenience stores just metres from the beautiful and private 2 br villa with pool. It is an easy walk to the high street of Jalan Raya Seminyak for great cafes, restaurants and shopping. Everything we wanted to do was within a 10-30 minute walk. If that is too long for you, cabs are plentiful and inexpensive. Unlike Ubud or Ulawatu, the traffic here is manageable (at least it was for us, in early January). While it is a central and convenient location, it is nestled in a cluster of private villas just off a local road and once you are in it is totally quiet with no noise of traffic or people. I would definitely return here and recommend it to others.

This was a beautiful place to stay, close enough to Ubud downtown but away from all the hustle and bustle. The cabin itself is gorgeous, the bed was comfy. Highlight was definitely the gorgeous pool, and the friendly staff who were around to help with everything, provide daily cleaning, bring coffee etc. The property has 3 beautiful cabins, I would suggest if you are a super light sleeper to go with one of the other two cabins as this one is the closest to the road so can be a bit noisier, however with earplugs I slept fine. Adi and Frances were amazing hosts who were very responsive, and helped organize a visit to the elephant sanctuary which was a highlight of my trip! I am a solo female traveler felt really safe in this neighbourhood, I enjoyed walking around the area, visiting the snack stands and the local cafe (Piduh Charity Cafe). This is a great pick for travellers who want to experience Bali in a more authentic way! I would 100% come back!

We had a short but nice stay when we arrived after a long and tiring trip and the villa allowed us to rest well. Quiet environment. Staff were really helpful and smiling. Excellent drivers! We booked Balinese massages when we arrived to relax our muscles, but you should know that they are very supported! A little too much for us, and can have the opposite effect than expected. Do not hesitate to ask for a softer massage, which we did not dare to do. The area is certainly touristy, but very beautiful. We went around the beaches of Bukit, especially for their beauty and to watch the surfers, as swimming can be complicated. But seeing the waves is well worth a day trip! And ask to see the Kecak dance on a southern beach, less touristy than in Uluwatu. That's impressive. We visited Uluwatu the next morning and it was much better.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the villa and would definetly stay there again. The villa was very clean and it was super nice to have the AC. Mia and Agus were very easy to communicate with and they were very accommodating, it was nice to have a driver on standby in case we wanted to do a last minute tourist trip (which we did to the Monkey Forest). They gave us great recommendations and we had so much fun! Mia helped us plan massages at the villa which was super easy and extremly relaxing. Overall great experience. Thank you Mia!

We stayed at this Beautiful Balinese villa with fantastic indoor and outdoor living space. It is a stunning villa and staff made our holiday feel like we were staying in a hotel. Mia would enter the villa every morning with a warm smile on her face and a desire to ensure we were all okay. She made sure we had all we needed and was on hand to make coffee if needed. The availability of cooled mineral water was a massive plus as we were a family of seven people so a lot of water is needed to keep hydrated. Great location close to shops yet still quiet and peaceful. The beach is only a short walk away too. We would highly recommend this villa to anybody considering a holiday in Bali.

Thank you bli Andri and si mbok, it is very helpful for those of us who want to staycation with villas plus a super duper private pool that is super duper buaguss and cheap. You can stay 4 people here, cold air conditioning, water heater on, pool is also clean. There are kitchen utensils, I want to use a rice cooker given a borrower. The blouse response is also good. Thanks ya, see you on our next tour hehehe

We truly enjoyed our stay, especially thanks to its secluded location—peacefully tucked away from the crowds, yet still conveniently close to the main road. Changgu is busy but you don’t feel that when you turn down the small street where the villa is situated almost at the end of a dead end road. When you are at the villa there is peace and quiet, it’s clean, the pool is nice for cooling at all times of the day. The friendly staff is making sure everything is in order. We were celebrating our 25 anniversary and Dorion was very helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate booking the villa again.
