Close to bakery, market, restaurants and general commerce. There is also laundry "lava" only 100 meters away. Large, has 03 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, including in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 07 people. There is no shortage of water in the high season. We prioritize the family environment, we accept small pets.
