Ralitsa and Wenci are wonderful hosts. Extremely responsive, accommodating, quick to respond and help with helpful information. The apartment is comfortable, with quick and easy access to the pedestrian promenade, adjacent to one of the hangouts of the complex, close to the shop, with a nice place to eat outside, as well as a comfortable lounge area in the garden. For families with children, it is a very practical place, saving luggages for beach and stroller by stairs and elevators. The garden is a good size and children calmly play. We would visit this place again.

We had a lovely stay at LiVi’s place at the santa marina resort! First the resort’s amenities were fantastic (especially when traveling with two kids). Tons of fun things to do for us and the kids, great restaurants, great service in addition to the spa and the store that we found particularly helpful! Livis place was clean and neat and she made sure we were doing ok and we had what we need at all time. We needed a couple of extra items and she went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I particularly appreciated LiVi’s communication. She was helpful but not overbearing. That’s my kind of host. Great place for a couple or young family. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it! Kids never wanted to leave and that says it all!

We had a lovely vacation with family, including two kids. The apartment is close to the beach and close to the children’s pool at the complex, which we used daily and was a nice alternative when the waves were too high for kids to swim at the beach. The apartment was very large and had many kitchen appliances you don’t usually find in a rental, which was nice. The bedrooms don’t have air conditioning - just the main room - but it cooled down enough in the evening that we slept comfortably. And the beds were very comfortable, and I’m quite picky about where I sleep!

This place is in a great location has access to two beaches and 5 pools. The house was perfect for us to have as a home base. We are really easy to please and the hot water was a plus as we had 4 people showering. The host was amazing to communicate with and checked in on during the stay.

Sparkling clean, peaceful apartment with great seaview! The complex itself is well maintained as well and the location of the apartment is perfect. Alexey was great host, always responsive and helpful, will come back for sure!

Perfect bed (haven't slept so well for years), large and relaxing terrace with nice view, excellent communication with the host. I had everything that I needed. I had a great stay, definitely I recommend.

We had a great stay, family of 5, cozy apartment, with air conditioning, beautifully located. The host was helpful and responsive. A clean and well-maintained apartment, a little bit of a kitchen counter, and it's hard to prepare something to eat. For people traveling by car, the minus is the lack of an assigned parking space, so you need to prepare for an additional fee for parking on the spot, pay attention to the parking ban in front of the complex - they quickly tow cars. Overall, we are happy, thank you for welcoming us there. We recommend the place!

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.
