The apartment is fantastic, clean, convenient, has all amenities, the garden is cute and convenient and we could watch the sunrise from our bed! We would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable and clean place with a beautiful sea view. The place is perfect for a couple, spacious with a terrasse. A lot of light and air. The host was very kind and helpful, she provided us with easy-to-follow instructions for smooth check-in. We loved the location - it was distant from the crowded places in Lozenetz, but still not too far from the shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic family holiday for three weeks at this amazing beachfront apartment – it was the best place I've ever stayed! The complex is perfectly located, just a short 3-minute walk to the sandy beach and 2 minutes to the refreshing pools. The apartment was spotless, with all new furniture and a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and even a coffee maker. Everything was brand new, including all the dishes and cookware. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The modern shower and spacious bathroom were a real treat. It never felt crowded, there was always space by the pool, and we could also relax on the pristine beach after swimming in the sea. The entire gated community is secure and beautifully maintained, with lush lawns and fountains. There were restaurants, a supermarket, and shops all within a convenient 5-7 minute walk. We loved our stay at this beachfront paradise!

The accommodation is located on the beachfront "Nestinarka". Great sea views from both units. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable - sea front, at the back of the pool, the complex has its own secure parking. With a little upgrade in the kitchenette equipment, Agnieszka's place will be the perfect retreat.

The place is great for a family with two children, especially because of the two foldable sofas at the living room, so everyone has their own space. The host has really helpful approach for navigating the guests to the place to stay, so it is really easy to find it around so many blocks and entrances. It was clean, bright, good furnished and had a lot of accommodations thought about. We recommend it!

The villa is situated in a great location in Sozopol. It's spacious, with nice, big enough bedrooms, a huge common area with everything you need for a peaceful stay on the sea. Within walking distance is the Paradise Bay restaurant, while nearly 1.8 km away is the restaurant Dalyan Chaika. It is also walking distance to Bamboo beach. I would certainly visit again and recommend with two hands to the still wobbly.

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.

We stayed a week instead of eight family members. The house was in great condition and pampering and well equipped. Drina lives next to us and assisted us immediately with every request. We note that there was only a little need for help. The main attraction for us was the stunning rocky coastline visible from the three directions of the house and the yard extends to it. We enjoyed sitting on one of the balconies or in the yard and looking at the sea and also having family meals in front of the sea.

This rental reminded me of the homestay rooms we found in Greece 20 years ago, and this is not a criticism. Simple space, white painted walls, pine furniture, single wooden door. But an authentic rental, well placed for restaurants. The beautiful beach is 1.3 km walk or drive. Parking in front of the rental. We prepared a salad at noon to eat on site, there is a minimum for that, plates, bowl. The accessible garden is pleasant with the 5 turtles. Good value for money.

A perfectly renovated apartment in the central street of Primorsko. The apartment looks like in the pictures, is very clean, fully equipped with new equipment, fast and reliable WiFi access to the internet, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great. Beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, bus station, clinic – everything is close by the apartment. Communication with Svitlana was pleasant, prompt, and super easy. Staying at the apartment was great. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice, clean, and comfortable apartment. Ideal for families and with many goodies such as a fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine... The owners are very friendly and have a local contact that is very reliable and helpful. Everything was to our utmost satisfaction and I am looking forward to come back in the future.

What a wonderful stay at Rosehomes in Sozopol! The apartment is spacious, luxuriously decorated and has a nice outdoor space to relax. The blind windows provide extra privacy and tranquility. The smart TV is ideal for streaming your favorite series after a day at the beach. Everything was sparkling clean and we were warmly welcomed with homemade sourdough bread and cold drinks in the fridge, a thoughtful gesture that makes a difference. The private parking space is also a nice perk. Sozopol is a vibrant and atmospheric town full of history, nature, nice restaurants and the sea just a stone's throw away and only 25 minutes by car from Burgas. The beach club within walking distance is clean, stylish and wonderful to relax. In addition, there is a large Lidl around the corner, ideal for your daily shopping. In short: a complete, comfortable and cozy stay in a top location. I'll definitely come back here!

Perfect bed (haven't slept so well for years), large and relaxing terrace with nice view, excellent communication with the host. I had everything that I needed. I had a great stay, definitely I recommend.

The apartement is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location is great, quiet neighborhood, close to the sea and just a short walk to the supermarket and bus station. Communication with Plamen went really well. We enjoyed our stay very much!
