Modern house in the middle of nature

Guest house of 30 square meters in high position in the middle of the peninsula with walking distance to lovely baths in both the sea and the lake. On the peninsula there are several nature reserves where forest and dramatic rock formations offer beautiful viewpoints and hiking. The nature and silence makes this a very relaxing place. Stockholm is reached in 30 minutes by car, by bus in 60 min. At the front there is a deck and garden that provides privacy to the main building. At the back there is a newly built terrace overlooking the forest.

Here you can enjoy cliff baths and beautiful sunsets. Swimming dock available 50 m from the house. Our house is situated in a very nice and green neighborhood. Just 25 minutes to Stockholm City by public transport! It is also close to both the lake, nature and the archipelago. Just a few minutes walk from the house there is a park with playground, soccer field and nice walking areas. It is a newly renovated house with a modern standard. Outside the house there is a porch with the opportunity to sunbathe and have dinner. If you want to arrive without car, the house is close to the busstop.

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.
