Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Villan är 160 kvm och har tre sovrum, vardagsrum och två badrum med stor naturtomt och gång ner till havet där det finns badplats och brygga. Vid bryggan finns det möjlighet att lägga till med egen båt. Nere vid vattnet finns även en bastu som ni gärna får hyra. Huset ligger nära Stochholm med bil, Tyresö slott ligger på gångavstånd och med båt tar ni er snabbt till Saltsjöbaden och Dalarö. Hör av er vid frågor
