our room was decently clean and very comfortable. the staffs were very helpful and the check-in went smoothly...it was perfect for the 2weeks we stayed in...we would definitely stay here again

We had an incredible experience staying at Billy's property! From the moment we arrived, Billy was an outstanding host, making sure everything was perfectly in place and ready for our arrival. The house was spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted with freshly baked blueberry muffins – a thoughtful and delicious touch that made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like our own home. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the property and the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Always clean when I stay here it will always be my first choice when I visit Newcastle! I would recommend to any especially for location, not far from Central station if you are travelling by train & good parking facilities if you drive

The property was great for our short break, and we found it clean and tidy; the self check in was straightforward with clear instructions given by the host. Vicky was a really friendly, responsive and attentive host throughout our stay. Peaceful surroundings and a good location for the beach and local amenities.

Lodge was lovely. Very clean and lots of space. Particularly liked the hidden walk in dressing room in the main bedroom. Hot tub was nice and hot (40). Nice sized TV in lounge which could be rotated to suit. Enjoyed the little welcome pack - didnt last long! If you want to walk into Hexham (we did), its about 2 miles down a straight road. Plenty of taxi firms around if you dont fancy driving. Hexham is a great little town, with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs. Overall we were really impressed with this lodge, we felt it was good value for money and would definitely return in future.

lovely stay with our dogs ... we are busy ladies and dont get chance to meet often .perfect chillout place ... river and cafe was ideal too ... booked again

I recommend this particularly as it has a quiet remote location but only a few minutes drive from Hartlepool Town Centre
