This place is suitable for a small family or a few adults. Very clean and well thought-out amenities made it quite attractive. Because we were very busy at Road America every day, we did not have an opportunity to use the kitchen except to make coffee, but had we wanted to cook, I'm sure we would have found everything needed. The only "warning" is that anyone with some mobility issues might find the stairway to the second floor a bit daunting. If we need a place in the area again, we would likely choose this house again.

We just can’t say enough about what phenomenal hosts Mary and Dave were. They responded to all questions immediately and were just warm and welcoming. Their rental apartment was updated, so cute and comfortable. Or stay was for a week at Road America, it was less than 10 minutes from the track, and close to restaurants and shopping in Plymouth and Elkhart Lake. Thank you for such a great stay, we HIGHLY recommend the incredible hosts and their lovely Air BnB.

Dog Friendly Cozy Cottage Rental on Lake Michigan!

The best part of the house is the view overlooking Lake Michigan. That is wonderful and we spent much time in the kitchen/dining room space with the big windows. The upstairs room with the deck also facing the water was lovely at night, with the window open and the sound of the waves. It is a fairly busy street so you hear cars driving by even at night and the kitchen is decently stocked but not if you'd like stainless steel type cooking pans. It's not a direct walk down to the water--although it's only a short walk down the street to get to the beach. Finally, Mark was kind enough to put away synthetic fragrances before we arrived as we requested--however, if you are sensitive, the linens are strongly scented & we were grateful we brought our own. This is a lovely place in an older home. We enjoyed our time there very much.

What a beautiful home! And a beautiful setting right on a sandy beach Lake Michigan. Plenty of board games and puzzles and music to listen to in the house. And we enjoyed trying local restaurants, all close by, and drove up to the dunes Park which was otherworldly and a short drive from the house.

We have stayed at Shamba 4 times. It is an absolutely amazing spot on Lake Michigan. The home is lovely and very spacious. You could not ask for better views of the lake from inside or outside. The beach is literally right outside your door. Great spot for kids to play and great for walks too. Will definitely return again.

This spacious log cabin on Forest Lake was excellent! The house was beautiful with lots of room and we loved the great room with the fireplace, lots of books, and games. The view was incredible-- the house looks out on the lake. We loved sitting on the pier having a coffee and watching the kayakers go by on a peaceful morning on the lake. Beautiful fall colors all over the Kettle Moraine with many hiking trails nearby to see them up close. Close to lots of little towns with great people and very good food. The hosts were very welcoming and we appreciated all the recommendations of things to do nearby. Overall, a very relaxing stay at a beautiful place.

Had a great stay in Two Rivers. We attended the NFL Draft in Green Bay, so we were not home a lot. The house was a comfortable place to sleep. When we were at the house, the area was very walkable. Close to the beach as well as some nice local establishments. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a warm, inviting home with a terrific location in the lake. Jana and Josh’s house was very comfortable, clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. An absolutely beautiful spot on the lake. Jana and Josh were extremely helpful and generous hosts who really anticipate what guests may need. We loved our stay!

This is the perfect location if you are in town for the Packers! Great proximity to Lambeau and Al’s bar is a dream for any Packers fan. Al and Karen are fantastic hosts. Incredibly welcoming and communicative. Their home truly made our first Packers experience a memorable one.

Had a very nice New Years gathering with family here. Family was happy with the space - well furnished and attractive. Lots of room for everyone, and we made good use of the pool table and foosball game. We were glad for the well stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed to make meals for a group. There was an issue with the hot tub upon arrival, but the host was very responsive and it was resolved early the next day.

This place offers the right balance between peaceful and relaxing while being close to everything. The house was clean and had all the essentials. We woke up every morning to amazing views . We went for 4th of July week and had the best view for fireworks without dealing with crowds. Everyone is friendly in the neighborhood. I had to work remotely for a few days and the sun room was perfect. You can’t beat working with those views. We will be back.

Such a beautiful stay on a quiet lake! Home is very dog friendly- it even had a whole basket of toys which our dog loved! It’s only 10 minutes into town, and lots of hiking/exploring all within 30 minutes. Nancy was always quick to respond when I had questions. Don’t hesitate to book this gem!

This place was perfect. If you're headed to Road America, the location could not be better. The home is right in between the race track and Elkhart Lake. We watched deer from the front window. This home was very comfortable and clean, I would definitely stay here again.

Now that I have stayed at Jack's home @ 5 times, I can easily verify that every moment spent in that home is magical - steps away from a walk on the beach, the methodical waves lapping on the shoreline, and the majestic sunrises reflecting on the water combine to provide a therapeutic sensory experience that delivers 24 hours each day. If that isn't enough, there are fabulous coffee shops, restaurants, and bars that you can walk to as well as many others a short drive away.
