Lake Watch is a modern house with stunning lake and mountain views. It has all the facilities you need including a laundry with dryer and garage access. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck in summer and in winter keep warm with the heatpump and log burner while watching the big screen TV with Freeview and Netflix. Views of Mt Totara. Over the golf course is Lake Aviemore, popular for boating, with many walks nearby. Hot dry summers, crisp sunny autumn & spring, cold snowy winters. Otematata's population is 200, swelling to 5000 in summer. It is on the road between Oamaru & Omarama.

The Wetlands Walkway and the Alps 2 Ocean cycle trail are on the doorstep. This is a one bedroom unit with a queen bed and free parking. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a portable stove top. A pay laundry is close by. Dogs are welcome guests. The views from ‘The Pad’ are simply breathtaking.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Welcome to our Twizel Bach, this is an original hydro house in the Twizel township, with a recently renovated kitchen, bathroom and double glazed windows to keep you toasty warm in Winter. Pet Friendly and only 5 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Twizel is a beautiful spot with so much to offer, very close to the lakes for boating and fishing, the gorgeous lagoon for swimming and watersports such as paddleboarding, lots of nearby walking and bicycle tracks.

Great place for a couple of families, there is plenty of room for everyone. 2 Bedrooms in the home, Plus plenty of Bunks in the sleep-out with a toilet and basin also. The sunroom overlooks the street is a lovely quiet spot to relax & read a book. The Fully fenced section is spacious and private, with a sheltered BBQ area. Pets= we do accept pets, but they must stay outdoors.

The Brown House was tragically lost in 2020 in New Zealand’s worst fire disaster that devastated the village Award winning architect Lisa Webb who designed the first Brown House was enlisted to design the rebuild. The results are just as stunning This four-bedroom retreat accommodates up to ten guests. Each bedroom offers breathtaking views. The house includes two living areas a dedicated office space, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
