Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Modern converted double garage, with newly installed airconditioning. Seperate from the house but close by. It has a private door entrance along our outdoor walkway & a sliding door that leads to our outdoor patio/courtyard. We are happy if you would like to use this area for outdoor meals etc, but it is the space between our house & your studio so may be shared at times. It has all you need for a short stay on the Gold Coast!
