There is peace, quiet and the most beautiful nature. A brilliant playground and one of Denmark's best pizza places are within walking distance of the house.

Cozy house in a small village. There is a nice enclosed garden with a cozy terrace with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. Located 4 km from Skiveren Strand, 7 km from Tversted and 29 km from Skagen. On the property at the end of the garden, there is a large common area with a playground and ball court - access to this from the end of the garden. The nearest shopping option is Tversted and Letkøb at the campsite at Skiveren. NOTE: It is not possible to charge an electric car, as the house's installations are not designed for it.

In the living room there is a cozy sofa set and a dining area. The house has its own entrance with associated parking space and small terrace. Access to Wi-Fi.

The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.

In Hjørring, 20 km from Uggerby, you will find Vendsyssel's largest shopping center.
