Villa vacation rentals in Tuzla

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

We love Lucky 7 because it has everything we need. Great location, very comfortable and calm. We come back to the villa because it is such a good match for us.

This house is just perfect for a holiday! The beach is a 7-minute walk away. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is very clean, spacious and bright. And Lambros is very friendly and responsive.

Wonderful & relaxed place! Spend 5 nights in this modern & very nice place and had a just relaxed & comfortable time there. Villa was exactly as described, spacious and very clean. 3 bedrooms and great living room with perfectly working WiFi and open kitchen. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything. Just like at home - I missed nothing. Amazing rooftop terrace and very clean pool were additional highlights. Very calm place in closed area with other villas - perfectly to have a relaxed time. But everything is reachable in minutes, like restaurants, bars or beaches. Very sympathetic & just lovely contact with owners Marina & Constantinos. Very reliable & helpful, quick response and always available by phone or messaging. Even special requests were solved just nice, quick and easy. Would definitly come back. Thanks a lot Marina & Constantinos for everything. :)

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Wonderful place for the family to stay. The villa includes three bedrooms on the second floor, two bathrooms (one on the first floor, one on the second), a kitchen and a spacious living room with a large dining table. I really enjoyed gathering the whole group at this table for lunch, dinner and breakfast. The living room is very spacious and bright, nice to be in. There is not much furniture in the bedrooms, but there is all the essentials. Dishware has all your needs. The pool was very nice to be clean and warm. 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. But we rented a car and visited different beaches of Protaras.

Great villa, perfect for large groups. Only downside was that the hot water took 2hrs to heat up so be prepared. Car needed. Albeit a great stay. Thanks for hosting us!

We had an amazing time at Anemelie. It was a 3 generation family vacation and the house was perfect. Panayiota was a great host, very helpful. The house is well maintained and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. We will definitely be back!

We had to book at night at super short notice and the host was incredibly accommodating and efficient. 45 later we had keys. The house is large, very comfortable, well appointed with a great kitchen, solid air conditioning and a large pool and yerd that walks directly onto the beach. We loved it, and it is definitely amongst the best villas in Larnaca.

Really nice villa away from the hustle and bustle but within good driving distance of restaurants and beaches around the Ayia Napa area. Highly recommend staying here, the overall villa is well set up and has a large pool, sauna and steam room which makes the stay very comfortable. Vasos throughout and leading up to check in was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations of places to go that suited our needs and wants.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Compared to other places, this villa was very affordable, offering great value for money. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay in Cyprus.

Family of 12 (5m,1yr,3yr,15yrs - Adult). Extremely impressed with the service by Kyriakos(& team) easily contactable, answering/solving immediately. They provided baby items(monitors, gates, cots, steriliser etc)at no extra cost, arranging for pool to be heated for the babies. The villa was very modern/spotless with all amenities listed-something for all ages. The hot tub was my favourite, especially at sunset! The kids made use of the games room and pool table and there was plenty of sun beds around the pool/on the roof when the pool gets a little shaded. The kitchen was full of utensils, an air fryer, microwave,easy to use oven. Location is perfect, less than 5 min walk to mini supermarket/main strip, the beach a couple of minutes further. You are close to everything yet far enough away that it feels very peace. Check in/check out were easy with Kyriakos providing alternate accommodation until our late flight home. Highly recommended, can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you ☺️

Euri is an exellent host. I stayed in Villa Di Gio with 4 of my friends and we had the best time ever. Euri was very quick to respond and help us when we needed it! I would 100% recommend staying there, you won’t regret it! The house is nice and spacious. The area gives you the best of both worlds - party, good food, beautiful beaches and even some peace and quiet if you plan to go there with family! For the first time in our life we were REALLY sad to leave which I Think speaks for itself:)

We stayed here as a family of 4 for a week in October. The place matches the description exactly, the cleanliness level is second to none, and Paul went out of his way during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We are already planning to rebook for next year.

We rented the hiuse for 2 adults and 3 children. the accomodation in the rooms worked perfectly for us. A car is definitly needed for shoping and getting around. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the house and the pool was very clean. The house was very clean and neat. At first we had some problems with the wi-fi, but Claire was fast to resolve the problem and sent someone to fix it. There is a broblem with fastidiouse ants but all on all it was good and we had a great time. I definitly recomend this house for a vacarion in Cyprus and Claire as a hostess. Thank you again. A very beautiful house, we definitely recommend it. There's plenty of space, and the outdoor shower is a great idea to avoid bringing sand inside. The pool is illuminated, making it pleasant to swim after dark. The built-in grill is perfect for an evening dinner. It's a very peaceful place, not far from Nissi Beach, just 8-10 minutes by car. It's also very close to the highway. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at this villa. It was beautiful. Very clean and well kept. Close to everything, including the beach and restaurants. But far enough away to not be disturbed by noise. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again and stay in the same place again!

Great place to stay, anytime again. We were totally happy with it The children loved the pool. Even water toys for the pool and drinking water dispenser in the house were provided.

Everyone in our family was enthusiastic about our stay in Gadi's holiday home. The rooms are large and bright. The interior is modern, cozy, neat and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen in particular was a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor area was tastefully decorated and although a bit chilly, we enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is quiet but the beach and all necessary amenities are within walking distance. All practical information was easy and detailed to find. Gadi was a fantastic host: he was very friendly, responded quickly and made sure that our questions were solved. We also really appreciated that he made an extra effort when we unexpectedly had a problem. We have no hesitation in calling this one of our better Airbnb experiences.

Incredible villa! Everything was just as the pictures and description, or even better. Host was very quick and helpful in there responses and very friendly as well. The place is located near the water and very close to restaurants and pubs and it was easy to catch a taxi if we needed. The only downside was that the neighbours did some renovating which resulted in us waking up with 3 or 4 strangers in our garden trying to paint there house.

Superb atypical villa! Intimist and very well equipped! Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning throughout the villa The pool is great with outdoor shower and shaded terrace. The accommodation is in a good location, the entrance to the accommodation is simple. We enjoyed our stay very much and especially the great communication with the host, really responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay. I would recommend this place with friends/family.
