They're everywhere, but you quickly get used to their company. 😉

The location of the place was great – everything important, like downtown and shops, was within walking distance. The apartment was impeccably prepared and we were pleasantly pleased with the attention of the host, such as a bottle of prosecco. The kitchen was well-equipped, we didn't miss anything at all. The terrace is very nice and nice to sit on. We loved the place and would definitely recommend!

The location of the apartment, especially within the hotel concept, is great. As soon as you leave the block, you can reach the hotel restaurant, pool and casino 50 m away. The apartment was spotless and every detail was thought out for our comfortable stay. Everything was so beautiful that I definitely wouldn't want to stay at the hotel even in every development:) Thank you very much to Ms. Yaz for allowing us to enjoy this holiday. We have already started planning our next visit:) I recommend it to everyone.

Apartment rather clean, functional and good location! Our original place wasn't ready when we arrived, but Eva and Jerry were very responsive and offered us a similar place in the residence. Beautiful sea view, pool and common area (billiards, ping pong table, some fitness machines). Lidl store 5 minutes away by car, pleasant walks and beaches very close. 15 minutes by car from Ayia Napa, 5 minutes from Cap Greco. We came out of season so a lot of restaurants and shops were closed, but I think the neighborhood needs to be more lively in high season!

We stayed at the property in May and overall it was a very good experience. The location is quiet and felt private, with only a few people around, which created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and having the pool right next to it was definitely a highlight. A great choice for a peaceful getaway.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Cyprus. The location is absolutely perfect - right on the beach, with stunning sea views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Waking up to the view of the beach/sea and having breakfast on the patio was a highlight of our trip. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and we’d love to return in the future!

George is a very charming fellow. He co-hosts with his son, who very quickly reacts to any questions asked online. The flat is very nice and functional. Nights are quiet. We have not had the opportunity to use the terrace, but it was at our sole disposal throughout the stay. There is a local shop very close by, with basic stuff for all kinds of needs and a moderately good taverna several hundred metres away, at the main road. The place is a very good base for car trips (free parking, quick highway access with a petrol station on the way); don't expect sights or entertainment locally (though the Nautical Club is a nice place for drinks). Tip 1: the coffee systems are French press and cezve. Bring your own ground coffee. Tip 2: bus drivers don't know the local street names, and the bus stop from the airport or city is not "number 18". Have the local Pame app ready or use a map app and watch out for a roundabout with a pharmacy right after it, on the left -- press "stop" immediately.

If you want to spend your time on the resort only, than the location is good. If you want to visit some other places then you need a car and drive 1 - 1,5 hour. For example : Girne is a nice place to visit for a day. Nice swimming pool, Gym, Spa, beach with beds and umbrellas. Nice restaurant.

+ Excellent beautiful location ( away from it all ), very peaceful . Very good apartment complex , nice spa and restaurant . Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

Great host and place to stay. Just a 3-4 minutes walk from Nissi beach and nearest restaurants, bakeries and markets.

From the moment booked, Sofia was available for any questions I had. She guided me exactly how to get to the apartment, what to expect, etc. The apartment was exactly as I expected it to be, and as described. Clean, spacious, equipped with everything! From the moment I booked the apartment, Maria was outstanding , from the initial communication, throughout my stay and once I headed back to the uk I couldn’t recommend this host enough. The house was as described, there were only minor problems with cleaning, but somehow we handled it. The plates in the kitchen were dirty and stained and the pans were oily, there were very few items in the kitchen, we had a hard time. Everything else was fine. On our 2nd day, the water broke, but Ruslan handled it in a very short time and solved our problem. The pool area was really nice and pleasant, the outdoor area of the house was peaceful, we liked it very much. It's not a very central place, but we had what we needed, like a grocery store and a restaurant. If I come to Cyprus again, I can choose this place again.. :))

Wonderful stay at Gilles’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean. The location was just so peaceful. I walked into town and to the beach easily. Lidl and s close by for groceries. Gilles’s communication was excellent from the moment of booking until I checked out. He gracefully granted me a later check out. I recommend this apartment without any reservations. Enjoy 😊
