The villa is ideal for a family holiday. The whole space is available for the guests. It is located in a very peaceful residential area, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The marble terrace and garden are situated in the backyard, with acces both from the living room, as well as from the ping pong room. The ground floor consists of generous living and dining area, as for the sleeping area, the bedrooms with one fully equipped bathroom are place on the first floor.

In order for our guests to feel at their best and enjoy their sunny stay, the whole villa is rented only for a period of min. period of 6 nights.
