Recomendado 100% muy cómodo, agradable, confortante el lugar está en excelente ubicación, los servicios o tiendas están a la vuelta de la esquina, un lugar privado y muy seguro. Servin muy atento, muy amable, comprensivo. Sin duda regresaría.

I had a fantastic time in Tuxtla! The apartment is peaceful, well-maintained, and fully equipped for long-term stays. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Communication with Cristina was seamless, she was always responsive and helpful. The location is also great, with plenty of cafes and restaurants just steps away. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to return!

A covered terrace is furnished with several black wire chairs arranged around a small table. Green plants hang from the ceiling, and large glass doors allow natural light to fill the space.

Es gibt verschiede Arten von Zimmern, wir hatten das Loft, es war mit TV, Klimaanlage und einem Dekenventilator ausgestattet. Die Küche war mit den nötigsten Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, nur einen Kühlschrank gab es nicht, der befand sich in der gemeinschaftsküche der Hostelgäste. Unterkunft war sauber einzig der Dusch Kopf könnte mal entkalkt werden. Hotel/Hostel bietet auch Ausflüge an, leider waren nur an unseren Tagen keine verfügbar. Airbnb ist super gelegen, Park fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso wie ein großer Markt, oxxo 3 min weg, essensmöglichkeiten auch. Würden immer wieder kommen!

El lugar está muy accesible, frente al parqué Bicentenario, el centro está como a 6 cuadras, el interior del alojamiento es igual que en las fotos, el anfitrión muy amable y siempre disponible para resolver dudas, el precio es acorde a lo que ofrecen en la publicación, está muy buena ubicación.

Excelente ubicación, servicio y principalmente sus practicas ECOamigables donde te apoyan con dispensadores para separar tu basura, jabones que no tóxicos etc. muy recomendado si quieres viajar pero también te interesa cuidar el medio ambiente de los lugares que visitas.

Really cute place, loved it. It was quite loud most nights though, its located on a really busy street. If you're looking for a quiet, secluded stay... this probably isn't your place. But besides that it's a lovely little apartment. The host was really kind and communicative. ❤

We rented the B'atz studio suite for 3 nights and it was perfect for my husband and I. We didn't cook, but the cozy kitchen had all the essentials and it was great to have filtered, drinking water. Folklor Suites is an environment-friendly airbnb with recycling bins and compost receptacle. There is a clothes washer for your use and we hung our clothes to dry (it was very hot during our stay, so clothes dried in a couple of hours). AC worked great during our stay and it had beautiful traditional Mexican decor. We were able to park our rental car inside the property. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to watch some TV from the hammock. Finally, there's a great breakfast buffet restaurant right across the street. They serve lunch too, although we didn't have the chance to try the lunch during our stay. Definitely recommend!
