In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80+80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the back room. Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Joensuu Arena and other sports halls, Linnunlahti and the services of the city center are all just a few hundred meters' walk away! I provide towels, bed linen and detergents, as well as basic cooking supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, freezer, etc. You also have access to a washing machine, hair dryer, fan and 55-inch TV.
