Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Private apartment in Joensuu, Room 1

In a separate building in your own room, you can stay in peace and avoid human contact if you want. You'll have access to a 160cm wide bed, a private kph/toilet, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee and kettle, a small set of dishes, and coffee and tea. A hot plate+ eight is available upon request. Located in the countryside near the city, along the highway, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Joensuu. Parking is also possible by truck (please let us know in advance).

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our yard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat in use. Additional fee of €70 for use of the hot tub. Bring your own linens and towels. However, in an exceptional situation, linens can be arranged from the place to stay with a separate fee.
