Very responsive and accommodating host, one of the best apartments I have rented, very suitable for a large family, everything you need is there for a long stay, the kitchen has everything you need and much more, the apartments are very clean and everything is very convenient, thank you very much Bogdan, we will only rent from you in the future, I highly recommend to everyone, respect to the tenant!

This apartment is very spacious, right in the center of the city. Supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, museum, castle, river embankment and more just a short walk away. The apartment is very clean and very soundproof, equipped with everything you may need, very comfortable beds, has fast wifi, lots of TV channels, and you can watch Amazon Prime. Lidia and Victor explained how everything works (stove, washing machine, etc.), communication was great.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spacious and very clean. You do have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs but it was not a problem for us at all. Stairs were wide and it’s only 1 flight of stairs. The washer and dryer were very nice to have and easy to use. The bed was comfortable. It was raining and chilly when we were there so we didn’t get to use the balcony but it was spacious as well. The hosts Alina and Luba were very friendly.

Everything is great, I liked everything. Small space, but as functional as possible, all amenities , everything is in good condition, the eye admires. The bed is very comfortable, orthopedic. Well, the guitar at the entrance made me happy:)

very peaceful and quiet area, great privacy. the sauna, pool, and hot tub are great, and the outdoor dining area with grill makes for a great place to host. the hosts are very communicative and responsive, and we had no problems. we stayed for several weeks and never had a power outage.

This is my second time staying in this apartment, as for the first time, I was very satisfied. There is everything you need, in the very center of the city, very clean and modern apartment. I recommend 100%!

Great and clean house: big rooms, well equipped kitchen, walkable distance to a bus stop/supermarkets/cafes/kids playrooms. Perfect place to stay with kids (stroller and crib available). Very quite neighborhood. Friendly, hospitable, always reachable host. Definitely recommend this place!

Very satisfied with our stay in Polyana , the house is located near the forest where we collected mushrooms, which was the purpose of our vacation . In the evening , after dinner, we relaxed on the terrace , cooked meals on the grill and steam in the bath . For a large company, we lacked a large table on the terrace, and it would be nice if the door to the terrace opened. Because we were leaving the side exit . And in general, the house is clean and cozy, the linen is clean, the kitchen has everything you need. Thanks for a nice getaway .

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Nadezhda's house! The estate is large, made with great attention to detail, love for nature and for people who will live in the house. A very well maintained area with an incredible amount of flowering plants, a wedding, a sauna with a pool from the mountain river, a fireplace in the living room and on the terrace, a lot of cozy places for privacy - all this contributes to a real holiday! Nearby there is an extremely beautiful nature, picturesque mountain Pikui, in the next village there is a coliba with a very delicious kitchen (10 min by car) The only downside is the bad road to get to the track, you need to drive half an hour through the pits. It's not about the house itself, but it can be important to someone. We will definitely come to Kukavica again! 💛
