Spent two nights at this lovely air bnb. We ordered breakfast for our second morning there and it was lovely! The space is as described - it’s not fancy, but it was comfortable and clean. My kids loved the pool!

What an incredible place and an unforgettable vacation! The location at The Palms is absolutely spectacular, with the soothing sound of waves crashing just outside. The condo was amazing, clean and just right for family, especially with resort next door. What a unique experience! You have all the amenities of a resort if you desire, but the intimacy and private atmosphere at The Palms truly made it special. I highly recommend it—Jessica and her team are exceptional, and I will definitely consider returning. This has been one of my top vacations, and everything just fell into place perfectly.

We throughly enjoyed our time in Jaco at Kattia place. We broke a key and they were very quick and efficient in helping us. Her staff took time with us explaining the area and helped us set us some tours. We had a perfectly wonderful vacation!

The house is beautiful and very nice, an absolute pleasure. It was a bit far away from Jacó, which is what I was going for since I wanted the opportunity to view wildlife. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, which is walkable if you are fit. Uber costs about $7.00 to downtown. The host was nice and reasonable. However, I did have to request directions the morning of check-in, instead of receiving them automatically. And I received a message after 4:00 pm (check-in time) available for early check-in. It would have been nice to know we could check-in early because we took the bus to downtown Jacó with our backpacks and had to walk around and go to dinner with our stuff instead of being able to drop it off at the house first. The host also recommended that we go to a nearby river and pack a picnic because the river is beautiful. But it was only a dry riverbed. This made me think that the host isn't local and doesn't know the area. Also the stove did not work, so we could not cook.

We had a great time at Eric’s place! Our big family felt right at home—the house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved the pool and spent most of their time swimming and playing. Eric was a great host—very friendly and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

The place is excellent, I went with my family and we had a great time. The road to get there is more complicated than everything through gaps in the street but we went up by car of 1500 and 1300 and we did it, apart from you have to enjoy the view that you have going up all of Carara. Once you get to the village you feel an incredible peace, the house is super clean, just like the photos on the page, fully equipped. The perfect pool and very spacious shared areas to enjoy even if there are more guests in the other cabins. There is a super at 500 meters and the owners restaurant just 5 minutes from the cabins is very rich. I recommend the place.

My friend and I had the honor and pleasure of being Vanessa's first guests. It was wonderful! The home is absolutely gorgeous with simply stunning views from every side. You can pick fruit right from the trees. While I was there, oranges, starfruit and plantains were in season. There are lemon trees, papaya, coconuts, avacado and some fruits I've never even heard of. Every morning the air is filled with sounds of SO many birds. A wonderful green parrot named Lucy visited every day. She is just a wild bird that knows everyone in the neighborhood. Buy some sunflower seeds from the store across the street for her, or she likes plantains as well. So many animals just roam freely, but they are all quiet and well-behaved. Keep in mind that this place is close to Jaco and several waterfalls, but the roads to and from this little town are treacherous! Vanessa was great in arranging a driver for us. She is super helpful! Everyone in the town of Bijagual is wonderful! Try Bar Bijagual for food!

Fantastic and comfortable condo with views. Direct beach access with all amenities we needed. The gate guards were friendly as well and the common areas felt safe and secure. Thabks for a great stay!

Beautiful condo, we felt like royalty! Serene, up high from the hustle and bustle of Jaco, but easily accessible to lots of shops and restaurants.
