great new condo in a very nice and new building. the condo has a great view of the pool and ocean. very clean unit and building with nice gym, pool and rooftop terrace. we had a fantastic stay.

Short stay to bridge between two places. Chance and team were very supportive of our need for a one night stay before moving to another of their properties. The whole process was simple and efficient.

This place is amazing. It’s in a newly developed neighborhood about 5 min drive to Jaco. I stayed here for 5 weeks and I didn’t have a car Ubers were cheap and uber eats deliver to the house. The property was very private with walls and plants surrounding it. There’s beautiful trees and plants. Lots of birds around, saw scarlet macaws everyday. The host was amazing very helpful with everything. Place is very clean and felt at home. Very good option for short or long stays. Had all the amenities I needed. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Great apartment with a view of the ocean and passing birds. Walking distance to pools and ocean. We got to see monkeys by the pool. We loved being able to leave the car in the parking to just enjoy the neighbourhood.

Had a great weekend at the Condo La Paloma blanco. I have used these condos a few times before. Each time it gets better. We took a long weekend from San Jose to spend a weekend at the Beach. The location of this Property is perfect. It's a little drive from Downtown Jaco, but close enough to grab dinner or hit the store to cook at home. The beach is right across a little access road, so it's so easy to enjoy the beach anytime you want. If you are looking for a comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bath Condo. This is the place!!!

This place was a little piece of heaven. The location, the amenities, the attention to detail, the TACOS - impeccable. Best side of Jaco Beach and Gracias Madre is right on it, just walk out the gate and there you are. Yet because the apartments are recessed a bit, the rooms felt private and secluded. The little pool is lovely, as are the design-forward references to dia de los muertos that permeate the decor. The apartment is one I'd live in (and I really wish I could have stayed longer), had absolutely everything you'd need and want, including complementary little items like chocolate covered dried banana in the cupboard, sunscreen and beach mats by the door, usb chargers and Bluetooth speakers on the bedside tables. The appliances are all top notch as are the cookware and glassware. The A/C from the mini split was reliably refreshing and the bed was perfect. But maybe the best part was the TACOS served at the attached restaurant - ate three different kinds and loved them all.

Overall a great stay/location. Checking in was a little tricky.

Good place and near to the beach.

The place was clean, the pool was great, the jacuzzi was wonderful. The cleanliness, everything in general was very good. My boyfriend and I really appreciate the hospitality and flexibility. Highly recommended place. We hope to return.

A very cozy house with a stylish design, a magnificent terrace and a beautiful garden! The house is located in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Thank you Maria for the friendly welcome and help in resolving all issues.I would like to note that this village has problems with infrastructure: during the month of our stay, the electricity was cut off several times(each time for several hours), after the rain, the water from the tap was a little dirty, the Internet sometimes slowed down noticeably. Anyway we had a great time here!

The listing pictures do not do this property justice! I could take a picture of the sunrise & sunset everyday and never tire of the view. The home is conveniently located an easy hour drive from San Jose airport. It’s secluded enough to provide tranquility and relaxation, but close enough to Orotina. We saw Scarlet Macaws almost daily & even spotted the more elusive Toucans a few times! The pool is incredible with a refreshing swim up bar & one end being deeper than 8 feet. We spent many afternoons enjoying this well maintained amenity. The beds are comfortable with the linens being a perfect texture for the climate. The blackout curtains & air conditioning create an environment that provides a complete recharge. Luis was a thoughtful & accommodating host ensuring we had everything we needed. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a binder detailing the property & a lovely gift of tea, coffee, & pool floats for our kids! This property feels like a hidden gem that is worth visiting!

Our group had a great stay here! We enjoyed cooling off at the pool and exploring the area.

Federico place's is new and beautiful. All rooms had King beds and excellent Air Conditioning. The pool is great and good size as well with beautiful views of the nature. We loved our time at the pool. We chose this place on our way out to the Airport as we had a evening flight. Fedrerico had a late check out time which helped us go directly to the airport.

The hosts were very responsive, they left clear instructions and were checking daily with us for any questions or needs. The house was pretty nice as described, we felt very comfortable during our stay. We will definitely come back again in the future.

Stephanie is a great host. She was very helpful and kind. Her house was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Security took too much time to let us inside (they do with every visitor) but the overall experience related to the actual house and the host was excellent. Would love to stay again.

It was a stop on our way back to the airport and it was perfect. The self check-in is easy and the place is clean and really safe. Good A.C and a nice pool. Close to the Main Street and many good restaurants and little shops.

Everything was perfect, the apartment and the facilities are excellent, communication was very good with Ganita, very grateful for everything!!

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

A spectacular stay with all the conditions and feel at home. Amy is very friendly and attentive from the time you book until you finish your stay. It is a cozy place, super tidy, for an extraordinary rest. I recommend it 100%

In the past 4 years I've spent approximately 12 months total. Johnathan place really makes me feel like home. It is a gated community along with night security and everyone there is very friendly.The pool and grounds are very well maintained, and anything you need is close by. I highly recommend this property and I guarantee you will fall in Love with this location.
