In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. The apartment is 25sm ground floor, well located in a residential area, 15 mins from the Old Town, 35 mins from the main beach and 25 minutes from the center of the city on foot. Also its very close to taxi and bus station. There is a fully equiped kitchen, air-conditioning and a good sealing fan. Litsa is a very kind and thoughtful host. She was very efficient at communicating and made sure that our arrival was stress-free. She also suggested an excellent restaurant and kindly telephoned the ferry company to check their location for our ongoing trip. While the house is compact, it contains everything necessary for a short stay. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The house is wonderfully quiet and is perfectly situated for the Old Town and for the port.

Absolutely perfect villa more than I expected. The villa was a home from home, only needed our clothes to enjoy the stay. It’s perfect location was quiet and near everything you would want. We went 7th January so Icmeler was quiet but that’s also how we like it, if it was summer it would be in a perfect location. There’s isn’t anything that is missing from the home, Netflix, two shower rooms, 4 bedrooms, washing machine, microwave, clothes horse, washing line, in summer the swimming pool would be perfect. Nothing is too much trouble when contacting Ibrihim he literally replies within minutes. I would 100% stay again and would recommend this villa especially families it’s perfect. Thank you Ibrihim for everything.

Really enjoyed staying in Rhodes old town. location was within easy walking distance of a well stocked supermarket , lovely bakery and all the shops and restaurants. Very comfortable king size bed and 2 lovely outdoor terraces. Only moan was on a couple of nights we could hear the noise coming from a nightclub. Overall a great place to stay.

First of all, having a place like in the photos, cleanliness being at the forefront, being an ideal place to find peace, staying in touch from the check-in process to the checkout process, being preferable again and again, one of the most important features that distinguish this place from other places. If you want to get away from the noise of the city for a while, this is the right address. The most important thing that affected us there was that the hospitality was on the line. Our stay in Symi was outstanding, the house surpassed the description on Airbnb and from the moment we entered the property and walked through the courtyard entrance we were overjoyed. Comfortable beds, super clean house and goodies in the fridge plus water provided on our arrival. The balcony was our high point and we spent hours between us just admiring the beautiful view and watching the sunrise. We only wish we had stayed longer, thank you for a beautiful experience.

I have to say that i am a big fan of Gökbel region and the view of the apartment was the main reason i booked it. Place is pretty much like it is listed. View is super nice and the terrace is super comfortable. Both iztuzu and kargıcak bays are within driving range. I would definetely recommend this place if the host solves the little issue with hot water. It is a little hard to find the balance between burning hot and cold water. Overally we enjoyed our 3 days stay and it will be a good option on my next visit to the region.
