The host was absolutely spectacular—they let us check in and welcomed us in person even after midnight! The house was very clean as well, and only a quick walk to the attractions. The host was very friendly and even took time to recommend nearby restaurants and bakeries. They even let us leave our car in their yard after check out so that we could explore the attractions.

The apartment is exactly what we were looking for and is truly better than even the photos show. Check-in was super easy, and it is only a 5 minute walk from the train station, very convenient. The historic center is not far either and we enjoyed Colmar a lot because of this accommodation. Your host is extremely flexible, friendly and takes great care of the space.

After a challenging time, we wanted to gain some distance from everyday life and just "hang out" for a few days. Marit and Philipp have been very successful as hosts. From the first contact to departure, we felt very comfortable all around. The apartment itself met all of our wishes and requirements. You can see and feel that the two have invested a lot of passion. Our elderly Border Collie also felt visibly comfortable. The icing on the cake was the bread baked by Marit herself, which the gnomes put on the table in front of the front door. You can tell that a skilled person is at work. Marit and Philip are family people, which we found very positive. We can recommend the two as hosts without reservation and wish them all the best and much success in the future, which they have also earned. And also to be emphasized is the location of the apartment on the edge of the forest, for guests with positive access to nature certainly an additional plus.

Arrive and feel-good! From the apartment you can directly access the hiking trails or experience the bike paths. Fresh rolls can be bought one place further, and those who want to can also reach it by bike. In the village, there are a few restaurants and a nice café. The apartment is small and nice, sufficient for 2 people.

We were warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable. The apartment was superbly equipped, lovingly decorated and clean. Particularly noteworthy is the great wellness area. This was also very clean and nicely decorated. A great place to relax. We definitely recommend the place and will be happy to come back :)

We felt super comfortable right when we entered the apartment. The location is very idyllic and quiet. Katrin was super easy to reach and sent us tips for the area. The apartment is very well equipped with everything. Looking forward to a 2nd time!:)

An excellent stay at the gates of Colmar, in the middle of Alsace. The location of the accommodation makes it easy to travel between Vosges and Germany, North and South Alsace. The accommodation is impeccable, very well-equipped especially for the kitchen. Philipe and Joann also left thoughtful touches. Nothing is missing! There is space and you immediately feel very good there. The accommodation is perfect for a peaceful family vacation. The children also loved the garden (and the parents too because it is closed and secure). Philippe is a very welcoming host and provides us with valuable information for visiting the area. We'll be happy to come back!

Great place and beautiful surrounding. We fealt right at home and it was a great get away for a couple over a two night period. Lawrence is incredibly accommodating and friendly. If the surrounding were not as beautiful we could have spent all day at the accommodation and fealt well rested and energised. He was exceptionally understanding towards our dog despite our dog being a bit grumpy that day. Would go again

We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful cottage! It is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Especially the garden and terrace were really a plus – with the warm weather we enjoyed it a lot. The area is also nice; we enjoyed fresh rolls from the local bakery and ate them as a picnic by the water, highly recommended! A small tip for future guests: if you plan to cook, bring your own basic necessities, such as oil, pepper and salt – they are not present. But otherwise everything was great. We'd love to come back!

My husband and I stayed at this home and had an excellent experience all around. The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy a relaxing stay. Nothing was missing. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. They have a lovely garden, which we truly enjoyed — a peaceful spot to unwind. They also surprised us several times with fresh salads and homemade fruit jams, a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. The location was perfect. Being so close to Colmar made it ideal for visiting not only the city itself but also the charming villages along the Alsace Wine Route. It was also a great base for day trips to Mulhouse, as well as towns in nearby Switzerland and Germany. We would absolutely recommend this place. It was a peaceful, comfortable stay with warm, thoughtful hospitality that really made a difference.

Accommodation is in a very good location if you are looking for nature and peace with good amenities in general. The sauna is a real plus. The only small negative point is the lack of a telephone network, but it forces us to refocus on what is necessary 👌 The host came several times to see if we lacked anything and was adorable. I highly recommend it.

Claudia and her family welcomed us warmly. The place was well maintained and we even got snacks and a squeeze for our little daughter as a welcome gift. Super great and attentive. I would recommend Claudia's place again and again.

We stayed with my siblings and children plus two dogs at Tiffany's and felt very comfortable. The accommodation offers a great layout for four parties and has two bathrooms. It is lovingly furnished and the basic equipment is available. Likewise, the outdoor area and the garden are beautifully landscaped and offer plenty of opportunity to enjoy the great views. From the house you can start many hikes directly and are within 10 minutes by car in Vagney at bakeries or grocery stores. For us, it was an all-around great stay and the care of Tiffany and her family was great.

Very nice accommodation, spacious and well-equipped, 3 bathrooms and a toilet, perfect for 6 to 8 people. The place is quiet and has a nice patio, just what you need for a nice aperitif...

the accommodation is as described. we spent 3 nights in a quiet, very nice place!! close to shops. Ophélie and Thomas were punctual in their responses, very nice and attentive and checked in with us during our stay, which is nice. I would highly recommend it 😊

We really liked the spacious, bright and well-equipped apartment as a group of four people. We especially loved the terrace! Even in the rain, we were able to use it and relax on it. The little cat, who visited us from time to time, also sweetened the evening. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

A clean spacious apartment near the lake. The building itself is a bit dated but the appartement has been renovated and is clean.

We felt at home at the place from the beginning. The apartment is excellently equipped – there were many small hygiene items, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need in everyday life. The large, private balcony with morning and evening sun was a real highlight and invited you to linger every day. On hot days, the air conditioning cooled us pleasantly, and the modern, spacious bathroom was also very comfortable. The friendly contact was particularly positive – we always got quick answers and also received great tips about the surroundings and for activities. All in all absolutely recommended – we would come back anytime!

3rd stay with Alain and always as good. Comfortable, well-equipped accommodation, close to the center but quiet, with a beautiful view from the terrace. And communication with Alain is excellent!
