The apartment is large 1,377 sqf. Two of the bedrooms have an in-suite bathroom, there is an additional bathroom in the hallway, its very small but has a shower. The building charges you 10,000 or 2.5usd per person, this is to cover guest band etc you will need to pay for this at checkin time.
