L'alloggio è ricavato in una parte della casa padronale. L'auto può essere parcheggiata in area recintata. Tutto molto bello e pulizia assoluta. Una splendida terrazza coperta ottima per il relax o pranzo/cena all'aperto. Di notte silenzio assoluto.

Wir waren mit Hund und Kleinkind 3 Wochen bei Boris in der Unterkunft und es war wirklich toll. Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick sind das Highlight, aber auch das Bett ist bequem, die Wohnung wurde während unseres Aufenthalts sogar kostenlos gereinigt und es war alles wie angegeben an Ausstattung vorhanden. Man ist in wenigen Schritten am Meer oder im Naturschutzgebiet und hat viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Als es ein Problem gab hat Boris sofort reagiert. Wirklich toll, wir haben für das nächste Jahr direkt wieder gebucht und würden die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen!

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

Great location, lots of beach space and amenities. A very relaxing area that is quietly enjoyed.

L'appartement est génial, tout est très soigné, avec une propreté remarquable. Un appartement luxueux où on s'y sent bien. L'équipement est complet. Le lieu est calme, vous dormirez bien, grand placard dans la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, balcon spacieux, le salon est agréable, belle salle de bain, le seul inconvénient est la douche, faible pente pour l'écoulement, l'eau ne se vide pas assez vite et elle peut envahir très vite la pièce. We had a great stay here in Zadar. Nikolina provided detailed instructions to help check in, the place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Was in a great location, we enjoyed our stay here.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

War ein toller Urlaub ruhige Gegend und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Aussenberreich war top gepflegt und die Innenräume waren sehr schön, nur die Pölster sind etwas hart, falls man etwas weicheres möchte sollte man seinen eigenen Polster mitnehmen. Auch das kleinere Haus indem sich die „Taverne“ befindet ist sehr schön mit einer rustikalen Optik, aber modernen Küche. Alles in allem ist das eine tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Man hat über das Grundstück des Gastgebers einen direkten Strandzugang. Bäcker und Restaurants sind in Gehweite. Größere Supermärkte sind außerdem mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Zadar selber ist ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt und die Küche super ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war ständig zu erreichen und erfüllte einem jeden Wunsch. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi, welcher natürlich reichlich genutzt wurde. Kann das Inserat nur weiterempfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder.

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. This was an excellent location with parking and 10 min walk to old town. I have 3 kids (12, 10, 7) and they slept nicely with 1 on the couch which was a large size. Apartment was clean, had many amenities (coffee, tea, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, bathroom toiletries) towels for everyone. Washing machine with dryer was helpful! Ana was very helpful and responsive. We felt safe. 2 minute drive to grocery stores, park, soccer/basketball which we went to daily! Thank you for a great stay!

Super schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in Zadar. Sehr zentral. Sehr schick, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Wonderful 4-bedroom apartment in a peaceful area. The rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and sun loungers was a real highlight. The host was very kind and always helpful. Big bonus: free, spacious private parking right by the building. Highly recommended!

Accommodation as described, had everything you need. Parking available. Local supermarket. Short walk to the Old Town. Easy access to motorways for day trips. Host recommended excellent day trip ideas. Host greeted on arrival and easy communication throughout our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed.
