This place is amazing! The tiny house is really well set up with great amenities. The hot tub outside under the stars surrounding by sheep’s and cows and nature was absolutely incredible!! Would highly recommend this place for a unique and beautiful stay!

we were a group of 5 doing the Tongariro crossing, the property was in a great location, close to shops, takeaway and a couple of bars. The spa was an added bonus, especially after a days hike, house was warm and the beds very comfortable.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Ohakune and the hot tub and games room really made this place a game changer for our stay. The house was tidy and easy to check in. There are little cards throughout the place with clear instructions on how to use the fire, spa and information about check out which were fantastic and made the process super easy. Diane and Hamish were wonderful hosts and had lots of helpful information about the area. The accommodation was warm, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could think of. Highlights were the nighttime spa underneath the stars and breakfast outside in the sun listening to birdsong.

Our stay at this stunning home overlooking Lake Taupō and the golf course was nothing short of incredible. The views in every direction were absolutely breathtaking, and the home's design, furnishings, and fittings were all top-notch—every detail was perfect. It truly felt like a dream to wake up in such a beautiful space each morning. This was, without a doubt, our best Airbnb stay ever, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to call this place home for four nights. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

Great house and nice location too. Quiet but still handy to town. Loved the views and the outdoor bath is a nice touch. Owner was easy to deal with. The weather was not the best at time while we were there so it was great to have a nice place to relax in. Would recommend and would stay again.

What a beautiful spot! Great view from deck, kitchen and hot tub of the volcano and loved having a few different spots to relax depending on time of day. Good distance to the volcano for hiking but also the amenities of the house were great, as well as neighbouring highland cows!

This electric little gem is exactly what it says it is. We loved our overnight stay here. The hot spring tub in the garden was blissful. The cooking and sleeping facilities had everything we needed. The walk around the nearby hot springs was a fascinating, low key walk around boiling mud and steam vents. A far cry from touristy Rotarua. We feel very lucky to have found this peaceful retreat.

Great base to do the crossing from. Spa pool was a wonderful touch. Even though there are neighbouring cabins/cottages it doesn’t feel crowded or too busy. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Comfortable and cosy. Lovely spa pool and fire with firewood and kindling ready to go. Only complaint was the dim lighting in the living area which made reading and board games hard to see. Other than that, we loved it and would recommend to others.
