We loved the house and the space. Especially the yard and garage, which is perfect for those traveling with pets. The house is also close to the parks if you are driving, but there is not much commerce in the neighborhood. Communication was great and we felt comfortable during our stay. We plan to return.

The house is beautiful, well equipped with everything you need, well organized and much more beautiful than in the photos, very clean and cozy. Andrea was super attentive, whenever I needed to ask any questions she answered me quickly, so I will definitely come back more often and it's really worth it.

My stay was wonderful! Silmara is always ready to answer and assist, her husband, also a dear, went there to help me with the pool. It was all great, clean, organized, spacious home. Large house, easy access, good location, good indoor space, air conditioning in the rooms that makes a lot of difference as the city is very hot, kitchen with plenty of utensils , good swimming pool, heated.. Garagem for two cars, fit perfectly, pool table that we used a lot. Were flexible with Check-in, they always responded quickly to our messages. I recommend, and would rent again when we return..

Excellent! Clean and very warm pool, cleanliness and organization of the rooms and bathrooms was impeccable, super fast support and communication. The kitchen is very good, with several utensils, it had everything we needed. All rooms with air-conditioning, when we return to Olympia we will certainly choose Luciana's place.

Luiz is extremely attentive and polite! The property descriptions match exactly and most importantly we were comfortable as if we were at home! We all love it and intend to return.

The stay at Mirela's place was great. The house fully corresponds to the photos and everything was very well taken care of and organized when we arrived. Mirela is super organized and previously sent us all the input data, release in the condominium, wi-fi, etc. Also, whenever we need it, she would answer us immediately. The house has the necessary utensils for everyday life (cups, plates, silverware, bed and bath linens, etc.). The pool area is super nice to spend the afternoon. Although there are other houses nearby, the condominium is quiet and my little son was able to sleep quietly without bothering. The condominium is also great and has a very nice playground with toys for children. Very secure location with concierge and control of cars and everyone who enters the site. We will need to return to Rio Preto again in 2 weeks and we will definitely stay at Mirela's house.

I highly recommend Rodrigo's space! Impeccable cleanliness and excellent furnishings. Perfectly functioning air conditioner and super easy to locate address on GPS. I stayed only one night with my little dog, but I would definitely be staying alone again. Rodrigo very kind and kind!

We went as 6 adults, 4 children and a 3-month-old baby, everything was perfectly great, the children loved it, the adults too, good location, very quiet, Juliana was very attentive, we will be back soon.

SPECTACULAR house!!! Extremely clean, organized.. Cassia left us a treat :) on our arrival.... Surely this house is in the TOP 1 in that AIRBNB time. Cassia is a super host! I would spend the day scoring all the qualities of this house. Whoever is rent can be sure they will be surprised. We spent the Carnival holiday too comfortable. Our stay was excellent! Since before renting the house, we were very well served, with all the questions answered quickly and attentively. Check-in was a difference compared to other places where we already stayed. At the agreed time, hosts were on site waiting for us to present the space. The house was impeccably clean, which was essential for our comfort (I have had no problems with rhinitis during the stay). In addition, the space is wide and cozy, allowing us to really feel at ease. No doubt when we return to Olympia, if the house is available, it will be our first choice!
