Everything matches the listing, faithful images, cozy, clean place. Very good furniture, great beds and mattresses. Good space, well ventilated. Safe place, close to shopping, Ufu, restaurants, supermarkets and bakery. Host and his wife respond quickly, met the My reservation immediately and already gave me instructions within 15 minutes we were already in the apartment. We loved it, we felt at home and we'll be back for sure. Clean bed linen and towels. Everything was perfect.👏👏

The condominium is very quiet, very close to the airport. I quite liked the apartment.

My husband and I rented for four nights the flat of Tania, which was very clean when we arrived. There is a practical kitchen with some utensils available for quick meals. The bed is comfortable and the split air conditioner is new and quiet. There is a balcony in the apartment, from where we can see the sunrise. The bathroom is a very good size, with a great shower. We like the spacious garage, and easy to maneuver. There are carts available for the guest to load their luggage. The service at the concierge for check in is fast. We must only fill in a file with the details of the guests and the vehicle. The location is very good. There is a pharmacy, restaurant and a supermarket of the Savegnago network close to the building. Thank you, Tânia, for your kindness with us. See you next time!

Aline was a great host! From the first contact, it was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to help us with everything we needed. All messages were answered very quickly and cordially. The apartment is exactly like in the photos: very clean, organized and equipped with everything we needed — including kitchen utensils, which were very useful during our one-week stay (while our own apartment was undergoing renovation). When I had to negotiate checkout time, Aline was super generous and flexible, which made all the difference for us. In short: the stay was perfect! If I need it again, I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it! 🌟

Since it was a last-minute request, I reached out directly to the compact that gave me Larissa's phone number that handles Airbnb reservations. She let me know that the owner of this listing apartment had not released the reservation for the weekend I needed, but promptly offered me another very good apartment and well located in the DuoJK building. I really enjoyed the stay in this other apartment, which was well equipped and clean, just making the caveat that, for those who bring a small pet, you need to be careful with the gap between the balcony baseboard and the guardrail, as a small pet easily passes through the gap (and the apt is on the 15th floor).

My first choice when I'm in the city of São José do Rio Preto, the property and the service are always impeccable. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Our stay was great , Diego always helping us with our doubts and with tips that were extremely important. The apartment has a perfect location, an entertainment area that helps you not have to leave the complex for nothing . Neighbor to the park which helped us a lot . The studio is very space and welcomed us very well , we were talking about 4 adults and 1 child . If it's possible soon we'll be back .

Edson was a great host, helping me find an apartment because we decided to go at the last minute, answering promptly on the wue I needed. Because it was off-season, the resort was not crowded, so we could take a lot of the pools and structure of the site. The accommodation was amazing according to the listing.

great location, at night there is a hurricane cart to get to know the city, the park is really next door and you can go there easily. the accommodation is very comfortable, it has the basic hygiene. I just needed a few basics in the kitchen. because when we order food out there is no dish. but the rest was excellent

My family and I loved the house, we went on a weekend that was hot by day and it was great because of the air conditioning of the rooms, and at night we were able to enjoy the pool due to the water temperature being great, Camili responded super fast whenever I needed and very kind, we loved it very much
