The two apartments on the first floor are lovingly furnished. From the living rooms of the two apartments, you have a very nice view of the harbor. Hello! Welcome to Papenburg, the Venice of Germany. Our apartment "Anni" is located in the Papenburg district of Obenende, directly on the canal. Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 m² apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was built in 2022 and is therefore technically up to date (underfloor heating, ventilation system).

Haus Eierhof

Our house is located in the small village of Nenndorf, a district of Papenburg. In the northern Emsland in the immediate vicinity of East Frisia and about 50 km from the North Sea. It is characterized by its rural location, far away from tourist crowds. There are 2 parking spaces right by the house. There is also a wallbox for charging electric cars. For the little guests there is a large trampoline, a swing and a slide in the garden.

Beautiful cozy apartment in a cul-de-sac location with a large garden, covered terrace and a fireplace in the dining room for cozy evenings. Due to the good location, you can quickly get to different destinations, whether Papenburg 6 km, Emden, Aurich, Werlte, Sögel or Holland. All destinations can be reached quickly, furthermore there are very nice cycling and hiking trails. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis.

Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
