Good & comfortable place & sure will repeat again.

Overall I like this homestay, center of Kota Bharu. I was a great experience. I appreciate their effort to keep the space clean, and in future i want to come back to this place.

Pros 1. Clean unit (although some dust found on hidden area) 2. lot of amenities for families - washing machine, electric stove, heater, wifi, etc 3. Great for mid-size families 4. Good & strayegic location 5. Easy to check-in Can Improve 1. Best if have netflix 😅 Cons (not related to unit) 1. Parking ramp requite expert-level driving skills

The host helped a lot in making things easier. Clean house and lots of amenities. Clean Swimming Pool Extremely suitable for a small family. Good unit and service. It is highly recommended to anyone who comes to Kota Bharu.

Comfortable and Clean Apartment with Thoughtful Host- that's what can I conclude from this stayed. My recent stay at this apartment was truly enjoyable. The space was not only very comfortable but also impeccably clean for 6 of us, which made settling in quite pleasant. The owner's hospitality truly stood out as they went above and beyond by providing bottles of drinking water in the fridge, biscuits and some 3 in 1 drinks, a thoughtful touch that was much appreciated. However, navigating to the apartment was a bit challenging due to the narrow roads and the somewhat confusing entrance, especially for first-time visitors. It would be helpful for the owner to provide clearer instructions or signage to assist guests in finding their way more easily. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience of the location, I would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, and the warm hospitality of the owner.

Nice view from living room balcony & bedrooms. The house was very clean. Water dispenser was provided. Only the bathroom had issues but the host was immediate with their action.

Easy check in and out. Lots pf parking space on the 5th and 6th floor. Very responsive host and willing to help where possible.
