It's a very comfortable place. There is good internet. The entrance to be done by Uber or car because it is a large building complex.

Juan is super friendly and is always ready to help you or answer any questions. The accommodation is in a private community about 2 minutes from a main avenue, access is easy, there is a store nearby with the basics and you can leave your car in front without any problem. The room we were given was on the ground floor near the front door, the patio is very nice and we really only heard the opening and closing of the gate. It's a small space, but it doesn't feel like it because they have everything very well organized, it matches the photos and has the basics for you to have a pleasant stay (dishes, oven, mini fridge, cleaning supplies, etc.) I was worried about the hot water issue, but it was great for us. Maybe I would just add a small table in case someone wants to have dinner or breakfast to make it more comfortable, but for us it was not necessary. I would definitely come back.

The apartment was impeccable, totally as it appeared in the photos, very conveniently located and convenient for walking or getting around by car, the place has many amenities and the building staff manages Airbnb guests very well, our stay was 9 days with my family of 5, we had a great time in CDMX, many things still to do and see. Elvira was always attentive to any circumstance and support we might need. I would definitely return to his apartment and I highly recommend it for business trips or a stroll in CDMX.

It has become the best place to stay. Perfect location, excellent security and the apartment and its view is unparalleled in the city.

We absolutely loved our stay. We actually left another Airbnb that had some issues. We were traveling with our toddler and they assisted us with an easy transition, same day booking, and early check in. The property is very clean. We loved all of the windows and the balcony. Great views from the balcony, it does get a little loud with the street below but we resolved that with some ear plugs from the 24hr high end grocery store across the street. Water stayed hot. They offer free washer and dryers and provided soap which was a great bonus. Plenty of food options and parks nearby. Loved the soap choices in the shower and the window in the shower was also great. Mexico City always feels safe but having the 24hr security guard is an extra step of service that’s always welcomed. Thank you so much we look forward to returning.

I had a great stay at Ricardo's place in Polanco! Its location on Avenida Presidente Masaryk meant that it was extremely walkable and close to all of the main restaurants, parks, and shopping in Polanco. The daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise, and the rooftop patio and gym were great additions to the stay. Ricardo was also extremely accommodating when there was some construction noise in my original apartment and was able to move me to a quieter unit the same day.

Carlos is an amazing host with a great apartment! Highly recommend and is very responsive and gives the best recommendations for attractions nearby
