We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. What a fabulous weekend our 13 strong family experienced this weekend. The location, facilities available, and space were outstanding. Thankyou Richard, Matt and all the crew at Home Farm. Absolutely beautiful home - rooms and outside space was so much bigger than we expected! We stayed for a hen party, and the space was exactly what we needed. Host responded very quickly and even popped in when we needed some extra bits. Pool was a lovely touch, easy to use and warm enough for a late dip even on a cold April evening! Thank you!

What a wonderful host, and magical place. It was such a lovely time, we’ve booked to come again. Mike is a treat, a remarkable character who exudes a warm that makes you feel instantly at home. The barn is full of charm and the chickens, ducks and peacocks a delight (especially if you see them angling for a biscuit from Mike!) The pool is incredible. Perfect for all ages. We’re half visiting again in the hope the kids will be bored of the pool and we’ll be able to get out and explore more… I don’t hold out too much hope on that one. A real gem of a find.

We were visiting family nearby and were so pleased with this home. It was quirky and full of character. The secure garden was perfect and everything was so neat and proper. It had excellent facilities and the little touches like coffee, tea and milk were perfect. The fact that dogs are allowed was very welcoming and kind. The only thing was the main road was quite loud but just bring some ear plugs and you’ll be absolutely fine. It’s worth it for this property which has everything you could need in a very beautiful village. We would 100% return if we came back to the area.

We had a great stay! Lindsay has thought of everything you could possibly need and has the house exceptionally clean. The photos looked great but in person this house is absolutely lovely. Paul's place is more beautiful than the pictures. He is a very communicative host and was there in person to receive and show us show us everything. The amenities were as listed and Paul gave us good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. There are some bus stops but easier to use an Uber. The place comes highly recommended. I've visited Liverpool before but never stayed near to Sefton Park / Lark Lane type of area. We LOVED it, full of history and character around every corner. The property is exactly as described, a true one-off. Beautifully decorated, in particular the bathroom and kitchen. But not so posh that you don't feel at home. The hosts went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable. We are already planning another visit later in 2025. There's so much to do in Liverpool, particularly for people who love art, music and nature. A magical few days away 😍

From booking, to arriving at the property, Eddie was extremely helpful and whenever we contacted for information he responded quickly. The house was homely and exactly as described! The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog who just loves to be outside, and the patio doors at the back meant that we could allow him the space to roam in and out as he pleased. The property was within a 10-15 minute Drive in to Liverpool which was great if you’re looking for a quiet area to stay while visiting. Thank you!!
