Hilarme and his wife are new to Airbnb and were great hosts. Any issues we had were taken care of right away. We had a large group of family so we rented the entire 2nd floor which consisted of 4 bedrooms 2 with queen beds and 2 with 2 twin beds. Plenty of toilets and showers in the rooms and in the common area. The property has been freshly remodeled and looks great. The location is convenient as we had a nice place Crescent bar 30 second walk that offers food, drinks and also had karaoke rooms. Also have a few local stores in walking distance to get your small needs drinks, snacks ,toiletries ,and ice. The house is located in a central area between the port and the center of town. When I visit Plaridel again I will definitely stay here.

Place was great for my short layover trip. Even though the 7/11 downstairs was under maintenance there were still many restaurants that are nearby and walkable. Courtney was also helpful and directed us to our room at 7PM for our late check in. AC was also functioning and cold when I checked in. Very worth it for 1.2k per night.

The place was very private though not recommended for elderly because has to climb stairs.. I hope you will remember to place mirror in the room.. Williard was very facilitating and welcoming. Thank you so much for Puto maya, pandesal and coffee in place of complimentary breakfast.
