The apartment is very nice. Two very comfortable balconies to chill out. You can leave the car on the street because the area seems quiet and you can walk to the center just for dinner. And you're 5 minutes from the highway or route that takes you everywhere. The apartment is super clean and new. It has WiFi and everything you need. I recommend it 100%

Excellent experience! Ricardo and Maria Elena are very dear, friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment, which is on the ground floor, is super spacious and comfortable. Great Internet for working, full kitchen for making meals, great shower and bed. Clean and fragrant bed and bath linens. The location is great, a 10-minute walk from the main square. There are restaurants, markets and bakeries nearby as well. We love it and recommend it!

Maria and Martin are super friendly. They were in every detail. Very willing at all times. The house is much more than a 10. Super equipped. Extremely spacious. The park is impressive. I would definitely go back. Yerba Buena and Tucumán are very beautiful. I would add that the doorman and security staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the accommodation was very good, we were moving around for the Moto GP, from Tucumán to Termas de Rio Hondo and the feeling of returning to an apartment as if it were your home is priceless. We rested very well and everything was at our disposal, we will definitely keep it in mind for future visits.

Our stay at Casa Marroquí was spectacular. The property is amazing, with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition, without any inconvenience. Brand-name appliances and tableware. Excellent quality towels, sheets, mattresses and pillows. The location is unbeatable: the setting is quiet and allows you to enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by a unique landscape. Perfect communication with José and Marta. Coordinated and hassle-free check-in and check-out Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

The house is as described and both Gabriel and Inés and Mili were always attentive to needs and were super flexible with the schedules. The house is very practical and has a nice view. The ideal is to be with a vehicle to be able to reach the center well and visit different places. Highly recommended

Inés was always really nice to us, the Airbnb was beautiful, clean and with a great view, check-in was very flexible even letting us choose the schedule we wanted! (Few Airbnbs offer that) too good a price, I would definitely stay at Inés' Airbnb again in the future. My experience 10/10❤️

Excellent experience, the apartment is beautiful and has an amazing view of the 9th of July park from the balcony. We were very comfortable and cool with the air conditioners.

Very recommended accommodation, the only thing to keep in mind that Como.esta in the center the street is very busy, also at night.
