The common areas are right in front of the house and include a square with children's games, tennis court and soccer field. Being inside a country club, an integral part of a consortium, there is a co-owners' regulation to comply with, which has to do with respecting hours of rest and complying with rules of coexistence

Located inside La Estancia de Cafayate, 5 km from downtown Cafayate, it is a golf club and vineyards. Relax in this quiet and elegant space, a unique house with excellent quality in everything it offers. The views of the vineyards and mountains are amazing. It has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, living room, full kitchen with bar, washing machine, gallery with grill, and garden. I recommend having a car as it is 5 km from Cafayate.

It is just 2.5 km from Cafayate, on Route 68 with a bike path for walking or cycling. The house has a master bedroom and another with two beds, a bathroom and a bathroom for both rooms .
