Through the kitchen is your double bedroom with en-suite shower room. We are in a great location, with a 10-15 min walk to one of the best beaches in the UK. Explore the local historic ruins, of Christchurch with plenty of options for food and drink, just a short walk away. No smoking,accommodation.

Our Garden Chalet is situated in a lovely south facing garden setting in a nice area. It comprises of one comfortable double bed and has its own private shower room with toilet outside ,adjacent to the chalet. We provide a breakfast and there are tea and coffee making facilities, TV and Wifi. Parking is outside the house on road. Christchurch Rail Station is a 5min walk and it takes only 10 mins to walk to the historic town of Christchurch with its Priory and beautiful river walks.

Built in July 2020 & 5m square it's a compact studio with a double bed & a mezzanine which sleeps a young adult as it's accessed by a steep ladder. Not suitable for children under 12yrs . En-Suite shower room and kitchenette with a hob, fridge & microwave. Quality furnishings & luxury toiletries. Very close to the beach, shops, cafes & takeaways. Sorry we don't accept pets.
