The hosts went above and beyond - from warm airport pickup to personalized travel tips that made us feel like family. The cozy room with premium bedding, fully-equipped kitchen and breezy balcony created a perfect home-away-from-home. this gem made our KK trip unforgettable!

The host was particularly friendly, I checked in at night and had a lot of questions to ask, she would always reply patiently, including needing to leave luggage would also recommend a nearby storehouse.Awesome! I'll choose you when I come back to Kota Kinabalu again😊😊

The place is wonderful and loving the vibe inside exactly like pictured. Although the pool is a bit loud at times especially morning if you are a late morning person. We are just delighted that the place is very new and clean. However the toilet drain is not a valve drain and the gas from the drain can be a bit smelly. Suggest that this needs to be rectify and change. Overall I still give a 5 star for the place because it really worth that rating. Will stay again with Queenie.

Overall, the apartment was spacious and clean. Being located above the mall, we could also easily access restaurants and shops whenever we needed to. The host was very responsive and helpful to our questions and needs. Would definitely book again!

Easily one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. The apartment was beautiful, with a stunning sea view where you can catch the sunset every evening. It was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The instant water heater worked perfectly, which was a great plus. The location was incredibly convenient, with convenience stores and a laundromat just downstairs — making everything even better. Kevin and Shirley were wonderful hosts: super friendly, responsive, and welcoming. Overall, a perfect 10/10 stay. We would definitely love to book with them again. 2 Queen bed, 1 bathroom as described. Same level with the access to swimming pool. It's easy to access by having the clear instruction. The balcony is an added value. We had a comfortable stay.

The house is very large and spacious, with a mountain view on one side and an ocean view on the other. There are also two air conditioners, very comfortable stay.The boss is a second-generation Chinese, communication is very convenient, people are also very warm and considerate, they will help to solve problems immediately, they will also help to give suggestions for nearby trips, it feels like a home away from home for a person traveling alone, recommended to stay

Place looks just exactly like the photos. The space is overall pretty new and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Pasar besar/Filipino market just 2 mins away. Helpful staff for check in at the lobby during check in and check out.

Sylvia was an excellent host, super responsive and helpful. My sister and I stayed for 3 weeks visiting family. Location was excellent, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, all very walkable. The apartment was clean and we were able to arrange for additional cleaning each week. Having a washer was also a reason we chose Sylvia’s Airbnb, especially since we were staying for a few weeks. Thank goodness the beds were comfortable, medium firm, which is how we prefer them. There’s an incredible rooftop pool, but it does get quite busy at times. The gym itself is underwhelming and really not that great. Wi-Fi was excellent, no issues. Overall, we had a lovely stay here, and we hope to be back again. Thank you so much for everything, Sylvia!

Easy to communicate with the host and check-in was seamlessly done by Bibi. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Location above the mall is really good, especially for those who like convenience as there is everything you need downstairs; easy to get Grab transport in the area too. Only issue was towels and some linens had stains. Otherwise all else was good!

Very nice apartment. In Kota Kinabalu there are two major places to stay in. One closer to the airport and the second one which is Jesselton Quay. I trule recommend Jesselton Quay due to better place to visit some attractions, e.g. no matter what trip did you buy, you are the last to pick up and the first to drop off. Our apartment has absolutely everything what is needed to relax and enjoy your visit.

We all enjoyed our stay at Xuan’s place. Among all the airbnb we chose in Malaysia, it is no doubt the most home like place. It is super clean and has everything we need. The location is great for our last stay in kk as it is super close to shopping centre and the airport.

It's clean and looks like the pictures. The air conditioner works well and is in good condition. The response was quick and friendly. I stayed without lacking anything. If you give up the view, it's all good!
