Very satisfied with the experience, smooth communication, the host took us upstairs and told us some things to pay attention to, the whole house is clean and tidy, a few minutes walk to the food street and pier, transportation is quite convenient.The host also kindly asked about the flight time the day before check-out and said that check-out could be postponed to the afternoon.Unfortunately, my flight is in the morning.Highly recommended for everyone!

The house is located near the Abbey Vegetable Market, you can buy your own lunch at the back of the market and process it at the processing point on the second floor of the market, you can go to the night market for dinner, it is relatively close to the durian stall under the Tianqiao and the night market on Jia Ya Street, you can walk to it

Great place to stay within the city itself. Alot of amenities around and also a wonderful jogging track.

The location is close to the pier, convenient for going out to sea, and the view is also good!

Nice, clean apartment with beautiful ocean+pool+garden view, two full bathrooms (one en suite, one not), full range of appliances including washer/dryer, and working AC. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants/cafes/convenience stores downstairs or nearby, and walkable to Jesselton Point ferry terminal (<5 min) and Suria Sabah mall (<10 min). Smooth check-in, clear instructions, and responsive host. Just a few minor gripes: unit does get a bit of hallway noise, only had one small wastebasket for entire unit, and kitchen had fewer place settings than shown in photos. All that said, I would gladly stay here again. Speaking of photos, they seem to show two different but similar units with mirrored layouts. I stayed in the one shown in photos 6-7, which had a prettier ocean view IMHO and an en-suite bathroom connected to BR1, not BR2. Otherwise, setup and furnishings were mostly the same.

We had a great stay. Clean & spacious place. Very convenient as there is direct access to the mall from condo lift. Just first time it's confusing to locate the mall entrance. Host is very responsive and able to guide us very fast. We enjoy our stay very much.

It was a great stay. When you walk or travel around KK and then come home, it feels like home. The area has many restaurants and malls, and it feels like it's in the center. It's also easy to access Grab.

The space for our family of six was totally fine, there was hot water in all three rooms, remember to turn on the switch in advance.It is also possible to do it yourself in the kitchen, but the market in Kota Kinabalu can't buy live seafood.The picture is an ocean view of the balcony, and on the first night I saw the night.

Thanks to Penny for the hosting and everything seems perfect with a beautiful home which is spotlessly clean and Penny is super responsive, the location is great with beautiful surroundings and very close to the city and marina, highly recommended!
