Pros: >Fantastic location - Between Austin & Jordan stations (5–8 min walk) and Mongkok Ladies Market & Avenue of Stars (25 min walk); plenty of nearby food options (eg. 2-dish rice); bus stops, Temple Street Night Market, and Kowloon Park w/in walking distance >Smooth check-in – Clear, easy-to-follow instructions >Great hospitality – Wai Yan was very responsive, friendly cleaning lady replaced towels and toothbrushes daily >Convenient layout – Main airbnb entrance right off the elevator, unlike others with multiple hallways >Useful amenities – AC, private CR with hot shower; common pantry with dining table, microwave, water kettle, and fridge Minor cons: >Like most HK homestays, space is compact but manageable >Beds might feel small for taller guests (tallest among us was ~5'7" and had no issues with this) >Street noise from passing vehicles, but not an issue for us after long days out Grateful to have found this gem—affordable, comfortable, and highly recommended. 第一次到香港是为了看演唱会，人生地不熟的就很慌乱。但Ruby真的是我最明智的选择，位置很好找。附近有麦当当，711，离万宁，sasa，地铁站等都很近。遇到了同样勇敢的姐妹们，大家相处超级愉快，还互加了联系方式，女孩子真的是世界上最美好的! 青旅真的很干净，被子床铺真的是香香的，出门就可以看见绝美夜景海景，玩累了回来歇着就是回家的感觉谁懂，Ruby本人也超级nice啊啊!Anyway，我的行程除了流量卡这个bug之外，超级完美!留着一点点遗憾，让我们下次相遇吧!Viva la vida!

I had a good experience at Sam's place. The apartment is comfortable and has all the basics you need for a stay in Hong Kong. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Sam was a responsive and helpful host, quick to answer any questions. We had an amazing stay! Gloria was incredibly proactive and responsive, making our experience smooth from start to finish. Despite our midnight arrival, checking in was hassle-free, thanks to her detailed instructions, which she sent well in advance. The rooms matched the listing’s description and photos perfectly—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also requested a hairdryer and a clothes steamer, and both were thoughtfully placed in our room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The location is fantastic! It’s conveniently close to public transportation stops and stations, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood feels welcoming and safe. Overall, an excellent stay, and we’d love to book again in the future!

房东很热情友好，消息回复很快，民宿地理位置特别好，徒步到旺角地铁站也就两三分钟，附近有很多可以逛的地方，吃饭逛超市也很方便。如果对住宿品质不是非常在意的话可以选择，房间不大但是该有的都有。

The place was perfect to stay in during our Hong Kong trip. The caretaker was very accommodating and informative if there are any other rules that were not mentioned but it was still the same as what was posted and agreed upon when booking which is great in my book. The room was justified for its price and what sold it for me was the availability of hot water when bathing as the country had a very humid and chilly climate every day. I definitely recommend staying here especially that it was very accessible to important places such as the famous Temple Street, near the A22 bus stop to get back to the airport easily and Jordan Station is just nearby to get to the subway metro when commuting. There were no hygiene or cleanliness issues when we checked in. I could see myself probably booking here again when I possibly get back to Hong Kong in the future.

The listing's location is walking distance from MTR jordan station. It is also close to temple street. And alot of convenient stores nearby. Also have McDonald's and Cafe de Coral nearby. The Host was responsive and the cleaning lady was very accommodating and friendly. And even the lady who was guarding the building assisted us nicely during check in and was very helpful. The listing's size is enough to fit two guests. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. And the listing was being cleaned from time to time. Over all, a very beautiful experience for first time international travelers like us! ✨💕

We had an amazing stay in Wai Yan’s place! The room was clean and well-equipped, there was a microwave, fridge and kettle, the building was safe and well-located. Victoria harbour and plenty of MRT stops within walking distance. Many hikes easy access. Perfect place to stop for a few nights. Wai Yan and the cleaning lady were both lovely company and helped make us feel so at home 😀

Hosts were very responsive and friendly! The room was small but served me well as a solo traveller. Cleaning was done daily by a really friendly aunty, and the location is so convenient, with plenty of food, convenient stores and shopping to do in the area! Very value for money - would stay again!

Sam的房子性价比超高！交通简直不能更方便——楼下就是公交站和地铁站，去哪里都超省心。房间干净整洁，细节也很贴心，提前准备了转换插头，完全不用担心充电问题。Sam回复消息也特别及时，沟通很顺畅。最暖心的是，入住那天正好下雨，Sam还主动提供了雨伞，真的很周到！唯一的小提醒是，因为房子临街，晚上可能会有点车流声，如果睡眠比较浅的话，建议带个耳塞，完全不影响整体入住体验~总之，这里绝对是出行住宿的优质选择！

有機場巴士直達，且附近有地鐵站、巴士站，算是很方便的位置。人員也非常熱心，會導引加入LINE給予即時回覆。唯一可惜的是房間面對大馬路，部分床位確實會比較吵一點，如果可以有氣密窗之類的加強，晚上會更好睡，或是記得帶耳塞吧。

숙소 깨끗하고 좋아요. 새벽 체크인이 가능해서 좋습니다. 씻는곳과 자는 곳이 분리되어 있어서 새벽에 도착해도 씻을 수 있어요. 위치는 심야버스타고 정류장 바로 앞이라 너무 좋아요. 그리고 엄청 친절하십니다. 소통도 잘 됩니다. 가성비 좋고 깨끗한 숙소를 찾는다면 추천합니다.

第一次一个人来到香港想要稍微了解一下这里再单人行动看到评价挺好的房东耐心的告诉我如何过去在门口迎接我我过去的时候也挺晚的了由于下了高铁在商场里面迷了路最后找到啦就在地铁口旁边上下楼有电梯押了通行证入住房东耐心的讲解了很久里面的设施上铺充电插座很方便提供免费的热饮配有电脑饮料柜晚上还有一件电视的房间可以听听音乐结交一帮朋友可以喝喝酒天南地北的聊聊天隔壁还有一个风景很棒的小天台可以看到尖沙咀的风景楼下有很多小餐馆用英语交流很顺利下次有机会还会再入住会推荐给朋友~卫生间男女分开的各一个淋浴间有两个提供了沐浴露洗发露等等只是洗澡水有时会忽冷忽热其他都很好。
