The first time I booked a room on this site, the hotel was in a bustling location, and it was very convenient for eating and shopping nearby downstairs.The boss was warm and hospitable. I forgot to remind me to pick it up in time. The experience was very good.

We had an amazing stay! Gloria was incredibly proactive and responsive, making our experience smooth from start to finish. Despite our midnight arrival, checking in was hassle-free, thanks to her detailed instructions, which she sent well in advance. The rooms matched the listing’s description and photos perfectly—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also requested a hairdryer and a clothes steamer, and both were thoughtfully placed in our room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The location is fantastic! It’s conveniently close to public transportation stops and stations, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood feels welcoming and safe. Overall, an excellent stay, and we’d love to book again in the future!

Pros: >Fantastic location - Between Austin & Jordan stations (5–8 min walk) and Mongkok Ladies Market & Avenue of Stars (25 min walk); plenty of nearby food options (eg. 2-dish rice); bus stops, Temple Street Night Market, and Kowloon Park w/in walking distance >Smooth check-in – Clear, easy-to-follow instructions >Great hospitality – Wai Yan was very responsive, friendly cleaning lady replaced towels and toothbrushes daily >Convenient layout – Main airbnb entrance right off the elevator, unlike others with multiple hallways >Useful amenities – AC, private CR with hot shower; common pantry with dining table, microwave, water kettle, and fridge Minor cons: >Like most HK homestays, space is compact but manageable >Beds might feel small for taller guests (tallest among us was ~5'7" and had no issues with this) >Street noise from passing vehicles, but not an issue for us after long days out Grateful to have found this gem—affordable, comfortable, and highly recommended. The first time I went to Hong Kong was to see a concert, and I was very confused because I wasn't familiar with the place.But Ruby was really my wisest choice, the location is easy to find.Nearby there is McDonald's, 711, very close to Wanning, sasa, subway station, etc.I met some equally brave sisters, we all got along very well, and we even exchanged contact information. Girls are really the best in the world! The youth hostel is really clean, the quilt bed is really fragrant, you can see the beautiful night view of the sea when you go out, it feels like home when you come back to rest after playing, who knows, Ruby herself is also super nice!Anyway, my trip was super perfect except for the data card bug!I'm leaving with a little regret, see you next time! Viva la vida!

Hosts were very responsive and friendly! The room was small but served me well as a solo traveller. Cleaning was done daily by a really friendly aunty, and the location is so convenient, with plenty of food, convenient stores and shopping to do in the area! Very value for money - would stay again!

Direct airport bus access, and MRT stations, bus stops are nearby, making it a very convenient location.The staff is also very enthusiastic and will guide you to join LINE for instant response. The only downside is that the room faces the main road, and some beds are indeed a little noisy. If you can have soundproof windows or something, you'll sleep better at night, or remember to bring earplugs.

Very convenient location, clean, and affordable. Power went out for a day but issue was resolved promptly as soon as the host was made aware of the issue. Good choice for budget conscious travellers :)
