Отличный новый дом с двумя полноценными спальнями. Отдохнули хорошо.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Absolutely amazing place. Very private, far from noisy roads. A lot of space, and you can see beach and sea from the window. There are many green trees around. And beautiful pool. Mikheil is great host. He helps me with each step. We talked much about different topics with pleasure. And yes, coffee was fantastic 😀 I strongly recommend to stay in this beautiful place. And yes I hope to come here again many times

From the first minute after arriving we felt like at home. During our stay me and my wife got sick unfortunately and Eto‘s family took care of us right away with delicious Georgian food and raspberry jam. We felt like being taken care of by our own parents and it is unbelievable. We are really thankful for the hospitality we experienced in this house. This was our best stay in Georgia for sure. The location is great and you will find everything you need within five minute walk. If you get a chance to stay here, please do so and you will never regret! If I get a chance to come back to Batumi, this will be my favorite.Спасибо вам огромное за все и привет из Германии☺️

The place is great! Very spacious, well maintained! And the photos are not going it justice its better in reality 😄. Awesome place for big groups! But a little far from the center that’s it. Everything else is 10/10

Puikus privatus namas su uždara teritorija ir erdvia svetaine bei virtuve, keturi atskiri kambariai su kondicionieriais, buvo visi reikalingi indai ir įrankiai, kieme naujai įrengtas baseinas buvo didžiausias vaikų džiaugsmas, kiekvieną vakarą leidome įstiklintoje pavėsinėje kurioje įrengtas kondicionierius, TV ir nedidelė virtuvė, labai draugiški ir paslaugūs šeimininkais kurie pasitiko mus su vynu ir vaisiais. Atstumas iki centro didesnis nei tikėjomės bet šalia yra nedidelė parduotuvė taksi kuri labai greit atvažiuodavo, o svarbiausiai kad jūra buvo visai šalia . Šalia esantis oro uostas pradžioje truputi gąsdino, bet lėktuvų tikrai nėra tiek daug (2-3 per dieną) kad erzintu ir naktį jie neskraido arba mes jų negirdėjome. Mūsų dviejų šeimų kompanijai su vaikais šis namas buvo puikus ir labai patiko.

Это отдельный дом, который лучше и больше, чем на фото. Расположен в центре города, но чуть спрятан во дворе - очень тихо, много деревьев. В пяти минутах ходьбы море, в другую сторону - рынок. В шаговой доступности два продуктовых магазина, аптека, кофейня. Хозяева живут прямо напротив, очень душевная домашняя атмосфера. Ремонт новый, хорошая техника, сантехника работает без нареканий. Большая удобная кровать плюс есть односпальная кровать с хорошим матрасом, шкаф-купе и даже рабочий стол. Есть кондиционер. На кухне есть абсолютно всё необходимое. С радостью вернусь еще! С уверенностью могу рекомендовать!

Tedo's apartment is very nice: clean, bright and comfortable with two balconies and all necessary stuff. Tedo and Salome are very hospitable, friendly and always ready for help. Apartment has very good location: 7_8 min walk to the beach. Nearby a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay here.

Арендовали дом на 10 дней в конце сентября 2021г большой компанией, 7 взрослых и 4 детей. В доме 4 спальни, зал, кухня, гостинная, 2 сан узла, веранда. Полностью соотвтетсвует фотографиям. Есть все для комфортного проживания. Очень чисто. Газовая плита, посуда, стиральная машинка, посудомоечная машинка. Единственный минус - не было микроволновки. На первом этаже живет хозяйка, очень приятная и общительная женщина, встретили нас с горячим хачапури, фруктами, домашней чачей, было очень приятно! На первый этаж вход в дом с другой стороны, поэтому арендуемая часть дома (2 этаж) с отдельным входом - по сути отдельный дом. Передвигались только на такси, поездка до моря , или до центра занимала примерно 15 минут. Вокруг горы, зелень, фрукты, красота! Рекомендуем! Спасибо хозяевам за все!

Had a lovely stay here. The place was easy to access and we immediately felt comfortable and at home. What it may lack in natural light it more than made up for in location, with lots of attractions (Beach, European Square, etc) all within easy walking distance. Located in the heart of old town so expect some passing noise (we did, especially over new year!) but also expect plenty of fantastic places to go and shop. A big bonus was how kind and considerate the host was! Taking care of us and making us feel welcome. Would stay again without hesitation. thanks again Tika!

Несколько раз оставался в Батуми в апартаментах, но эта квартира наиболее уютная и просторная. Прекрасно продувается за счёт сквозняков, хорошо освещена. Есть всё необходимое, включая посуду, кондиционер, утюг, гладильную доску, просторный шкаф и так далее. Хозяева гостеприимные люди, очень приятные в общении. Фото соответствуют реальности, но балкон, на самом деле, даже уютнее. Из недостатков могу отметить только слабый wi-fi. Впрочем для отдыха это пустяки!

We had a great week at the seaside, and this wonderfully located, clean, comfortable home was central to it. We were a large group with three children under 2, and it was a wonderful place for us to stay. The sea is only about a 10 minute walk, and there are several things to do with small children right on the same block. I highly recommend staying here, and thank you to our hosts!

I stayed on the second floor of a private house, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe. The place was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The combination of comfort, tranquility, and great hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Отличный домик! На территории несколько таких домиков, но каждый домик расположен приватно, соседей не замечаешь! Близко к морю, пляж хороший, чистый, людей не очень много!

Новый великолепный дом! Стильно внутри и снаружи! Удивительное место, дом сидит на пятке, так что вы можете увидеть весь прекрасный Батуми с балкона! Чистый и хрустящий воздух, удобное сообщение с любой частью города из дома, использование такси всего за два три лара за поездку Большое спасибо Гурами и его семье, мы надеемся, что мы стали друзьями навсегда

В аэропорту нас (пять человек) встретили. До места привезли. Дом красивый и снаружи и внутри. Фотографии это не могут передать. Территория у дома ухоженная. В доме чисто, уютно и всё предусмотренно для проживания и отдыха. Хозяева гостеприимны, предусмотрительны и постоянно на связи. Отпуск прошёл великолепно. Большое спасибо Temuri и его семье. Масса впечатлений и удовольствий от поездки. Рекомендую. Рядом горная река. Купание в ней незабываемое.

Giorgi’s place felt like home away from home. We had a great time there and would certainly consider it if we ever get back to this area. It’s a 3-storey villa. There’s 8 bedrooms total, 4 on second and third floor each. 2 of them on each floor have smaller bathrooms and there’s also 1 bigger bathroom on the first floor. This brings total count of bathrooms to 5. The yard is well-maintained, with a newly installed pool that was cleaned and serviced daily by a local company. There’s also a nice covered bbq area so you can cook shashlik even when it rains. The yard also has a gazebo with some outdoor seating, enough for a big group (there was 11 of us). Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay and would recommend Villa Georgiana

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

Nice accommodation with a beautiful garden near Batumi. A good option if you want to reboot and relax in nature. But this is not a separate house, but the top floor of a private house, the owners live on the lower floors. There is a lot of space, 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioners. The owner of the house was very nice and welcoming, she gifted fruits from the garden and home-cooked meals. We were also greeted by a beautiful bouquet of garden flowers, fruits and sweets. прекрасный дом, красиво и уютно, даже день рождения можно спокойно отпраздновать. здесь была уже второй раз и заметила изменения. появился ещё один 3-ий большой стол, поменялись стулья и дополнительная целая кровать в зале, тем самым у вас не 3 кровати, а 4 + удобные два дивана

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. From the very beginning, Gela and his family made us feel at home with their incredible hospitality. They were so kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The cottage itself is a peaceful retreat—cozy, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. On top of that, we were lucky enough to try the best khachapuri we’ve ever had in Georgia, homemade with love by our wonderful hosts. As if that wasn’t enough, they also treated us to fresh milk from their cows, along with homemade butter and cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious and added to the authentic experience. If you’re looking for an authentic place with amazing hosts, this is definitely the spot. We’d love to come back!
