We arrived earlier than agreed, but Andrei noticed us and immediately offered to check in so we didn't wait. This was the first sign that hospitality is really up to par here. We traveled 300 kilometers, rushed, and in all the hustle and bustle I had forgotten the coals for the barbecue. I shared this with Andrei, and he, without thinking, immediately offered to give us charcoal or wood – totally free of charge. Thanks to him, we were able to have a so desirable barbecue without wasting time looking for shops. We also asked him for recommendations regarding sights in the area. The outside temperature was -9°C, but we enjoyed the comfortable 24°C inside. Andrei assured us that if we needed anything he was close by and only a message would come through – and it really was. The house is beautiful, both externally architecturally, and in its interior design. It is clear that there was thinking about every detail of the house. Comfortable, cozy, pampering, well heated, fully equipped kitchen at a very high level, great view from the large windows, very spacious and quiet. The house is next to other vacation homes, but almost everyone was empty this season, and we had a very pleasant time with this quiet. The view of the lake adds inspiration to the house, enhancing the stay experience. Contact with the owner was great, he was available all the time, and assisted with his advice when we asked. Towards the end of the vacation there was a forecast of snow in the mountains, and we were afraid that we would not be able to make the flight if the roads were closed. We consulted with Daniel, and he suggested that we leave two days early, so as not to take a risk of closed roads, and on his own initiative changed the reservation and shortened it by two days and waived the payment that he deserved. I saw it as a nice courtesy on his part, when he suggested it even before I even asked. A combination of decency and kindness. It added to the good vibes we felt from the beginning. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful place ! We enjoyed our short stay tremendously ( the kids esspecially ) . The entire Vila was clean, stocked and beautifully furnished . The host went out of her way to help us with check in and accommodations. We will definitely return again , if we come back to the area again .

We are more than pleased with our stay at Leshten Guest Homes. The villa we booked looked exactly like the pictures uploaded in the app. The host was extremely nice and responsive, replying to our messages within minutes. The living room was very spacious and the big glass walls offered a stunning view of the mountain and the garden. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were really comfortable. The duvets were very soft, the pillows were fluffy and the linen was fresh. Outside, on the porch, there are a table and stools where you can enjoy your morning coffee and take in the beautiful nature surrounding the villa. There is also a barbecue provided for the guests to cook if they want to. In the kitchen, there are plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking pots, etc. at the guests’ disposal. Coffee, as a complimentary gift, was left for us at the villa upon our arrival. All in all, the villa is a great value for the money we paid and we would enjoy booking it again in the future.

Martin’s place is cozy, equipped with everything you might need, and well kept. Martin himself is helpful and easy to chat to. Totally recommend.

The location is great - walking distance from the center, hiking areas and good restaurants. The place was also quite easy to find and has an underground parking space. The only downside is that a new building is being built right between the apartment and the forest and it’s blocking what would’ve been a great view. They also start construction work early on Saturday (around 8:30 am) which wasn’t ideal and we somewhat lacked privacy since they were right at our level. The apartment looks just like the photos. It’s operated from a tablet which was fun for us but might not be for some people. Especially when there’s an issue with something so keep in mind. There’s a very detailed video for you to watch which was useful. The host had great recommendations, was very responsive and open to help with anything. We did a self check-in and did fine with his detailed instructions. There’s also good SPAs around and I would for sure recommend this place for a visit in Velingrad.

We've had a great time at the house. Great outdoor garden, very well maintained. Heating for the whole house, new furniture, audio station, playstation and xbox. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Swimming pool Varvara is around the corner so we had a good time there with a great restaurant. Overall great place to stay - recommending!
