Only positive to say. Worked good with checkin/checkout. And if there was a problem I could just text her and she replied fast. Place was fine. A bit off But 10-15 minutes Walk and you are in the center.

One of the beautiful stays in Armenia, views, mountains, park and river next to window, superior design and cleanliness. In two words - Aesthetic experience.

This is a small and nice studio apartment. Very clean and quite. Has a beautiful view from the balcony. Though it is a street view, the gigantic trees make in front of the building make you feel like you're in the forest 🌲❤️ Armine was very kind and responsive 🌻

Rosy is very welcoming and helpful, she provided us a very easy to understand list of how to get around from here and where to get food from etc. This place is very clean, the host is very friendly, helpful and responsive! the view of the mountains is amazing. it's about 20-25 minutes to get to town with a Taxi and the taxi can pick you up right outside of the apartment. The dogs are very friendly. Receiving fruit from the farm is also a plus! overall a great stay and would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

A very cozy and charming apartment, equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—warm, clean, and conveniently close to shops and the city center. The host was respectful and kind, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

This was my second stay in the apartment. I absolutely loved it

Very nice apartment, cool design, everything clean, we had all the things that were are necessary. There was even some very good coffee and spices left. It was a bit cold sometimes (especially in the bathroom) but the heaters work quite well. The owner is always in touch and can answer any question. Thank you for the hospitality!
