The host is very nice and welcoming. He carefully prepared a honeymoon gift for us. The host's cooking is also very good. The snacks he cooked are delicious. The room is very carefully arranged. The location of the house is a 3-minute walk from the pile gate of the old city, convenient. Overall, it was a good stay.

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Her local tips and warm hospitality made us feel so welcome and looked after. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you, Sanja

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Fantastic apartment, location is great with cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes and the Old Town and Lapad Beach around a 15 minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and has everything our family of four needed, and Drago was extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect base to explore Dubrovnik and also to visit Lokrum and Lopud islands.

Everything matched the pictures and met our expectations. Accommodation was clean, Sandra very friendly, would recommend anytime. Bus to the old town around the corner.

We had the BEST stay! The host was so attentive — met us on arrival and even helped with our luggage. The place looks just like the photos, but the view is even better in person. Super clean, modern, and the hot tub was perfect for cooler evenings. Loved the built-in Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom — such a fun touch! It’s about a 15-minute walk to Budva Old Town and the Riviera, which are both beautiful and super clean. Definitely recommend using the Glovo app for food and groceries — very handy with the hills. Overall, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Luxurious, convenient, and totally worth it!

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, about 15 minutes' walk to the old town of Dubrovnik. A beautiful swimming bay is also 10 minutes away (Bellevue Beach, good and refreshing at 86 degrees in the afternoon). Good amenities with air conditioning in each room, small dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Mihovil was a great host and gave many valuable tips regarding restaurants and excursions to the surrounding area. A nice place to stay - definitely recommended!

Nice apartment very clean and spacious with lovely views. Anton and Nevena were very helpful hosts .It was a bonus having a washing machine as we were there for two weeks also had a sandwich maker and coffee machine .It was in a great location if you don't mind stairs Antons friend Mato picked us up from the airport and was very informative. would definitely recommend

Very well located accommodation in the center of Dubrovnik, has a balcony (small but nice), Mirna and Marko are very responsive and welcoming. Thank you so much. Small downside not on the apartment but on the city: it has become far too elitist and has lost all its charm and soul. Although the architecture is very beautiful, the shopkeepers/restaurateurs do not smile and seem depressed to work in the establishments, which nevertheless charge extremely high prices for the slightest product. In addition, although the city is ready to charge up to €132 a day for a parking space, it does not seem willing to spend a penny to simplify the use of public transportation (a real headache). If you are still ready to visit Dubrovnik, I highly recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment, perfect for 4 adults. The room was roomy and very clean, with a washer and dryer which made our trip much easier. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, though there was no microwave. The host was exceptionally kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Contrary to what the listing says, we had consistent hot water, which was much appreciated. The recommended driver, Darko, was excellent—pleasant and punctual, picking us up right from the port and dropping us off at the airport smoothly. The location is great for luggage since it’s near the top of the town, so you avoid many stairs carrying bags. As for accessibility, those with mobility issues should note that getting around the main town of Dubrovnik from the airbnb involves quite a few stairs, which is to be expected given the town’s historic layout. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful hospitality.

lovely stay, v relaxing and beautiful property in a wonderful location. irena was v welcoming and super helpful and took the stress out of airport transfers by booking taxi for us. she has a lovely eye for detail.

The host family was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a wonderful time, thanks to them and the lovely apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. There’s also a supermarket near the bus stop, which was very convenient. The house has a beautiful garden with a terrace, which my son absolutely loved—he spent a lot of time playing there. The rooms were neat and clean, and the kitchen was very practical and well-equipped. I’d love to come back to this place already.

A true piece of heaven! The room was perfect, very comfortable and thoughtful — nothing is missing. Everything is there for a memorable stay. Stay too short for us who have only done one night! Veja is an absolutely charming, welcoming and caring host with a welcome drink and delicious cake. We had an amazing stay in Dubrovnik! The appartment was super clean and comfortable. Everything we could need was there, even oil/salt/pepper in the kitchen and shampoo/soap in the shower. The location is perfect, very quiet, with the beach, multiple supermarkets, restaurants and a bus stop to the Old Town within walking distance. The appartment comes with a private terrace which is really nice to use on sunny days. Sonja was very friendly and helpful during our stay, even helping out with a luggage issue for our flight. She arranged an early check-in for us and offered a later checkout as well with no extra charge. I would recommend everyone going to Dubrovnik to stay with Sonja!

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

A beautiful apartment with a great view and a fabulous pool close to the centre of the town. It’s a short walk up the hill … easier on the way down than back up to the apartment! Cavtat is a really stunning location and the apartment was perfect for the 9 days we spent there. Really helpful and accommodating host and we will definitely return!

Amazing hosts who made us feel so welcome and helped with getting us a takeaway on late arrival, restaurant bookings and removing a bug from our balcony! The view from the balcony and pool is amazing… we stayed in to watch the sunsets. Supermarket and bakery ten mins walk but there is also supplies like milk and drinks at reception. We used uber a lot for the Old Town, port for boat trip and lapad beaches ….very reasonable prices.

A beautiful place to spend a few nights in Dubrovnik. It’s a 15 minute taxi ride to the old town, we preferred the quiet location here and beautiful views from the terrace. There isn’t much in way of eateries nearby except a pizza place that is ok ish. The second night we stayed we picked up food from the old town and bought it back to the apartment- the chilled vibe here was just what we needed after a busy few days sightseeing in other parts of the Balkans. The host was kind enough to drive me to the local shop to pick up fruit and drinks etc. Ana treated us to a yummy homemade cake which was such a lovely surprise. We only wish we had longer there!

Sandra, Mato and co were incredibly helpful from the outset, texting and asking if we needed any help or assistance and even offered to organise airport transfers for us. They were there to meet us when we arrived and walked us through the facilities. They even took time to talk us through the local area, restaurant recommendations and food tourist spots. The apartment was everything we needed and was ideally located so we were always close to anywhere we needed to go. I couldn’t recommend this more, we were incredibly happy with our stay.

This was an excellent stay and the family loved every part of it. It was also not far off from Dubrovnik city centre (approx 15 min drive) and the beach was also a walk away. Emily was really helpful responding to any of our queries and overall customer service was great :)
