Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Troy

We had an amazing time and a huge part of it was because of this house and owners! Exactly what we needed and the house was like a home away from home! Everything we could need was there we just had to bring ourselves! Any questions were answered very quickly! The house was exactly as pictured and described and the beds are very comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again!

Neal's place was a perfect home base for a long weekend of skiing at craftsbury. The house was cozy and worked perfectly for us! If you have more than 2 people, the additional beds / futons are in the main living room, so be aware of that, but it's ideal for 2 people. Maple syrup and honey were truly top notch!

Karen was incredibly nice and very clear on check-in and check-out instructions. plow driver was there first thing every morning cleaning the driveway and the house is very cozy. We hope to come back at a warmer time and enjoy everything the place has to offer! Thank you to Karen for sharing her home and being a great guest!

Great spot overlooking the village, great for a group, couples or a family!

This house is beautiful and perfect for a small family. We had a great time with our two dogs in tow. The property is so peaceful and quiet but also just a short ride from stores, shopping and Stowe. The layout of the house is great. It was a great week and we will look to book this house in the future.

Lisa’s place is lovely! We were a party of 5 visiting the area to mountain bike. Easy access to Kingdom Trails and 6-7 minutes to downtown. The sleeping arrangement description isslightly off; it’s 1 king, 1 queen, a double and 2 twins. This may be important for couples.

Thank you very much, Robin. The house is located in a cozy picturesque place. The weekend was wonderful. The house has all the amenities, and the hot tub is just super. We went skiing in the neighboring resorts, saw the sights. I recommend this wonderful place.

Plenty of room for our family of five. There was absolutely nothing we wanted that wasn't available in the house. The place was clean and comfortable. Short drive to Stowe base for skiing with restaurants along the way and not far from the town either, but neither is walkable. Stacy was super responsive and friendly. We had a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

Highly recommended! We loved Dany's place - it's roomy (we were 4 adults), bright, very nicely decorated and super clean. We felt at home and very comfortable. The living and dining room area is perfect for relaxing by the fire or spending evenings at the large table. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped with cookware, dinnerware and cutlery, all very nice and good quality. There were also some cooking basics like sugar, tea, spices, oil, etc. The location couldn't be better; quiet and surrounded by nature yet close to restaurants and cafes and shopping (a short drive). It is also very close to Mt. Orford ski lifts, which worked very well for us as we were there for a few days of skiing. Communication with Dany was easy and fast, as was the check-in/check-out process. Thank you Dany!

Our group enjoyed Hélène’s place for our 1-night getaway! Nicely appointed & great location to the cute walkable town of Bromont. Only recco that I have if possible would be a small sign on the back door of the building where it was recommended to enter. Like “Bromont Lodge Entrance” or something similar. While it is the only door, it appeared to lead to a medi-spa, so we were confused:) Once we stepped inside all other instructions were crystal clear! Would love to check out another of Hélène’s places again!

We loved Tim’s apartment for our Stowe ski weekend. It was just as described and in a beautiful setting. Tim was also great to communicate with and very accommodating when we had some last minute changes to our plans. Will definitely stay here again on a return trip - highly recommend!

Perfect peaceful stay, close to Jay Peak and the Inn's restaraunt is right down the road. Right on the river, we enjoyed being able to do a polar plunge in the woods to start our day! Our pup felt right at home and it's a perfect place to stay anytime of the year

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described and close to Jay Peak. Kate and Rory had everything ready to go and an extensive list of restaurants nearby as well as a thoughtful welcome in case we got in after a long day of travel! Would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area and it will definitely be on our list when we go back to Jay!

Chris and Melissa are wonderful hosts who are superb communicators! The apartment is cozy, quiet and well located ~ close to Stowe where we skiied. It was spotless! Cleanliness is very important to us. The heat source was perfect! It was silent and circulated so that we were all comfortable in every room. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked a few meals while visiting. The interior design is delightful... the furniture selection and placement were useful and lovely. We had snow while we were there... C&M made sure we were plowed out veeeery early in the morning so we could head out early without trouble. Thanks, guys! We absolutely would love to return! I would like to highly recommend a stay at Cecile’s cabin in northern Vermont! It’s conveniently located just off route 91 north and very easy and fast to find. There are great dining options nearby in Lyndon and St Johnsbury including Estella’s, the Wildflower Inn, and Prohibition Kitchen. We dined at all three and can highly recommend. The cabin is on such beautiful pristine land and even has great views and excellent privacy. If you’re looking to get away, this is the spot. The cabin itself feels new and well maintained. It was warm and had so many options for extra blankets. It’s a fully working home with a full kitchen, bathroom, shower, and wifi and 4 beds. I have seen apartments in cities that have felt less complete than the cabin. I highly recommend a stay a Cecile’s cabin for your next Vermont getaway. You’ll feel like you’re right at home inside and outside you’ll feel the beauty of Vermont’s nature. Enjoy!

My group had a wonderful stay. Maude provided all the info you could need before arriving. The cabin had plenty of cookware and supplies to last our stay. Everything was clean, easy to use, and Maude was very responsive to any inquiries. I would stay here again!

We reserved this cabin on Air B&B for our thirty year old kids for a get away. They arrived and were shocked at how great the place looked. They found groceries and a restaurant so they were in paradise.

Great little cozy cabin, exactly as described. We've stayed here twice and loved it both times. Awesome for a weekend trip to the Kingdom Trails.

Lisa was a great host! Highly recommend staying! Very responsive and generous. Was very flexible when it came to a last minute reschedule due to sickness which we are very grateful for. Cabin is secluded enough to be very peaceful but close to main attractions. Will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time.

This place is special. The perfect remote getaway to disconnect, breathe fresh air, listen to the quiet, and reconnect with nature. Adorable boat house - woke up with a fire going looking out at a snow covered lake. Hard to not come back to reality feeling more centered and at peace after a weekend here. Can’t wait to come back.

I had an amazing stay! Merle was kind, communicative, and made check-in/check-out seamless. The house is beautiful, clean, and tucked away in a peaceful, secluded area—perfect for my two pups and cat to roam freely. The mountain views and open fields were stunning, and the sunrise was absolutely magical. The home had all the essentials and is close to unique spots like the Bread and Puppet Museum, the Museum of Everyday Life, and Lake Willoughby, with great hiking and a beach. Just down the road is The Parker Pie Company—some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Inside is a small farm store where we picked up fresh eggs and milk for breakfast. One of the highlights was relaxing by the fire in the yard while the animals played. It was peaceful, refreshing, and just what I needed. If you’re looking to unplug, unwind, and enjoy nature—this is the place. I’m already planning to return in the summer!

We could not have asked for a better place for our eclipse adventure. The two bedroom cabin was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, cute and plenty of space for the 4 of us. We loved being out in the woods and enjoyed our walks around the pond enormously. Easy to get to restaurants and other activities, but away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Not a thing to complain about, and would definitely recommend to anyone!
