I spent 2 years custom building this apartment to be used exclusively as an Abnb rental. It was handcrafted using tongue & groove pine milled here in AL. All of the oak/pine used for the trim, cabinet doors, and custom furniture were milled in VA using my stepfather's personal sawmill with lumber harvested both from my property here in AL, and my families property in VA. Even the door/drawer pulls and switch/outlet covers were hand forged in PA by an Amish guy at his home forge in his basement.

Ever wonder what it would be like to awake to scenes like this? With 200 acres of rural solitude overlooking a 16-acre lake, we offer a little piece of rural heaven. The pool adds a taste of tropical paradise for our guests to enjoy. Each cabin has 2 Queen Bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a sleeping loft with 5 twin beds. Maximum of 8 guests on site. Hike the woods or around the lake or just sit on the porch. Fishing is catch and release only. No fish cleaning on site.

This beautiful 1900's home has been renovated and consists of 5 individual units. This home is located just blocks from Troy University and with in walking distance of our beautiful downtown square. The police department is only one block from the home and provides an extra layer of safety for all guests. The home is currently undergoing exterior renovations and renovations on the back side of the property. The front two units are available for short term rentals.
