The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Welcome to this newly built house in Trillevallen, which contains two apartments of 92 m² each, where the living room has a ceiling height of five meters! Each apartment has a total of four bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor, a sauna and a pleasant kitchen solution as well as a fireplace in the living room. Everything you need to enhance your mountain experience. It is 300 meters to walk to Alpina and 40 meters to hiking and cross-country trails. During the summer months, there may be reindeer in Trillevallen, they sometimes seek shade at the cottages.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

It is within walking distance to Ica and the train station. Outside the house, there is storage for ski equipment and a private parking space with engine heater. The price includes bed linens, towels and cleaning.

Despite the secluded location, it is only 800 meters to the E14 where there is a bus stop. It is 2 km to Undersåker train station and the nearest ICA store!
