This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.

Villa Tertulia consists of a double living room, a spacious kitchen and two bedrooms, one double and another with a three-quarter bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.
