The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

La Tannerie is a tribute to the tanner's profession. Like all Bedinshops, it's a former vacant shop that's been completely renovated to welcome you! Some of the furniture was made by young people from the neighborhood (partnership with the Specialized Prevention Service of Romans). Another part comes from local recycling channels. The shoe museum has lent us old machines to work leather. We invite you into a world recreated especially for you.
