Southern Comfort - Lrg 4/5 BR home - private pool

My place is within 5 minutes from Palmiste park, 10 minutes from Gulf City shopping mall, casinos, food outlets, cinemas and vibrant night life, and within an hour from the capital, Port-of-Spain. You can choose to indulge in any, all or none of these as the spacious, airy feel to the house and the light and ambiance of the surroundings is perfect also for relaxation. Despite the overwhelming requests, and with our apologies, we are unfortunately not set up for single day/night stays.

My stay in December 2024 was well spent. Place was clean and very comfortable. My children enjoyed the quiet and we felt very safe. The host was very accommodating and readily accessible if needed. Thanks for an enjoyable stay Would definitely stay there again.

Linda was not only friendly and the house was amazing, but she helped us with all the little things. Such as helping us arrange transport, and answered almost immediately, she added me on what's app and she was always available to help. Beautiful neighborhood, I cannot say enough great things about my stay here.

This is a great place to stay. It is safe, clean, secure and centrally located. Everything that you need is on the place. Utensils dishes and pots for light cooking if you want. The nearby neighborhood has upscale restaurants, several local restaurants and several fast food places. The great street food stalls on the savanna are 10 minutes or so away and a grocery store is just a 5 minute walk. The action of Ariapita Avenue is only a short walk. Share taxis, maxies and the occasional PTSC bus ply nearby Tragarete Road making it easy to get most anywhere. Add host Dwight and you have a great value place!

Pearly was quite considerate, having things in the house for us to eat and drink upon arrival in case we hadn’t had the chance to get anything yet. She respected our privacy while simultaneously being readily available the whole visit. Pearly responded to all questions on our end and showed concern for us as well. We’re so glad we chose to stay in her home and would be booking with her again next time!!

I had a really great stay at "Ana's Place" hosted by Laila. The neighbourhood is super convenient and seemed really safe to me. During Carnival, it's right in the centre of things (so I hope you like hearing ambient soca). The apartment is comfortable and a little more spacious than it appears in the photos. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and will point you in the right direction for anything you need. I hope to stay here again sometime soon.
