Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Trincomalee

Compound Walls and gate gives the maximum security the building and the rooms are 100% clean. Room boy cleans and mops the floor every day. Clean rooms and beds etc. Rooms are with air condition and water heaters make the stay more comfortable. I enjoyed my 3 months stay there. 10 mins walk to the popular Allasgarden beach. 5 mins walk to the restaurants and grocery shops. I recommend anyone goes to Tricomalee to select this RP Villa for stay.

A very nice hotel: a warm welcome, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent bedding, impeccable cleanliness and excellent breakfast. Everything is perfect!

we stayed here in August 2024. We had a good time. They also had a very sweet and affectionate Brawni dog. The room was clean, the only flaw they do not have mosquito nets in the bathroom, so in the evening they enter some mosquitoes, but as always they have a curtain on the bed so we were able to survive. Rooms with air conditioning. Top pancake breakfast with chocolate and coconut and excellent breakfast with egg and toast. You eat well for dinner especially of course the fish. They are kind, unfortunately we were unable to talk too much with them, they had many guests.

The apartment was everything we expected. Very clean and only 300m to the beach .Felt very safe at all times. Theepan was always available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks for everything

Perfect location with sea view and very friendly hosts that helped us organise a very nice scuba driving trip! Highly recommended!

I would really recommend staying at Raja's family home. It's simple and clean, they are very hospitable. We had a lovely chat with Raja and his wife about their life, my only regret is we couldn't stay longer! A very short walk from the beautiful Nilaveli beach.

Lovely apartment in the very quiet area of Nilaveli. Beautiful beach right on your doorstep and a lovely well maintained pool.

Had a lovely stay in Trincomalee in this beautiful condo right on the beach within walkable distance to some restaurants via the beach. If you turn right and walk approximately 10 minutes you can reach salty dogs lovely little restaurant and if you turn left along beach your near pigeon island, highly recommended. Didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on that. Host is very responsive would definitely return

Very nice clean apartment in a great location to the beach. Through the management of a reception, you always had a point of contact, Kay was quick to respond to our messages. The only criticism is the little available loungers by the pool. The apartment had a great view of the sea.

Beautiful place. Very clean. The pools and beach are amazing. The restaurant on site is good and cheap. The wifi only seemed to work in the morning.

Had an epic few days relaxing in Nilaveli. What better place to unwind than the penthouse with amazing views, super clean and all the amenities one would need. Everything here was spectacular. There is even a lovely little beach restaurant next door that has excellent food. Beach was super clean and Pigeon Island was so close. Best views from the deck off the apartment. Sad to leave - Thank you Elaine and Rory!
