Vacation rentals with beach access in Trincomalee

Gostámos muito do espaço e recomendamos para quem procura um espaço tranquilo, limpo, perto do mar, e com várias opções de restaurantes à volta. A praia é boa, mas é pública e numa zona de pesca, pelo que nem sempre está muito limpa. Mas o mar é sempre calmo e a água quentinha. O hotel em si superou as minhas expectativas, os quartos são espaços, limpos, arrumados e a cama é extremamente confortável. A piscina não é grande mas é boa e limpa, e a água também é quentinha. O pequeno-almoço, na nossa opinião, podia ser melhor e mais diversificado. Mas podem sempre dizer ao staff o que pretendem comer ao pequeno-almoço e eles fazem-no sem qualquer custo. Nós não gostámos do que tinham inicialmente disponivel e pedimos na receção panquecas e ovos e eles fizeram-no sem nos cobrar nem mais um euro. Todo o staff é muito simpático e atencioso. Só temos coisas boas a dizer e esperamos voltar um dia. obrigada

Nous avons vécu une superbe expérience chez Roshan. Krijintha, notre contact direct, a été d’une grande réactivité. Merci infiniment pour leur disponibilité. L’appartement est facile d’accès, bien équipé et joliment meublé. La vue est superbe et l’environnement calme. La plage est à une minute à pied et des tuk-tuks sont à proximité. La cuisine spacieuse offre tout le confort nécessaire, les chambres sont grandes et les matelas très confortables. Le salon et la cuisine ouverte sont aussi très appréciables. Peut-être faudrait-il aménager le rooftop pour en profiter pleinement. Nous étions en famille et recommandons vivement cet appartement. Le personnel a toujours été réactif et a répondu à tous nos besoins, nous aidant à réserver des activités à bons prix et donnant de bonnes recommandations de restaurants et lieux touristiques. Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques ! Merci à vous !!! Et à très bientôt 😊

Exceeded our expectations. We had a slightly larger party and good hotel options were sold out or crazy expensive by the time we looked, hence we booked this. We are glad we ended up here than in a hotel. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Pool and outside the same. There are front desk staff, porters, ground/pool keepers, onsite restaurant, etc. Beach next to the place is very nice. Highly recommend.

First things first, the photos don’t do the place justice! The apartment really is beautiful, there is so much space, it is very well equipped and felt really homely. The pool area is excellent and you are right on the beach. It’s perfect for early morning walks and evening swims, of which we did both. The bed was really comfortable too. Handy having a restaurant on site. Highly recommend this property.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez la famille Vasikaran. Le logement est proche de la gare et facile d'accès dans un environnement calme et confortable.

We had a great stay at Sasi's place. We had parking inside, it was right next to an amazing beach and Sasi went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs for our small children. We would highly recommend. Thank you!

arrêt magique après une journée en vélo ,bel accueil de la part de Samantha qui nous a mis à l'aise tout de suite. on a apprécié la fraîcheur de la maison et de la terrasse très aérée,avec une belle vue sur le jardin. Bon repas et petit déjeuner Sri lankais.

Nice place for staying with friends and family

This place was lovely, the decor and cleanliness was 5 star. The location to the beach and having a pool right outside was ideal for our family. Rooms are spacious, with the master bedroom having an ensuite too. The caretaker was helpful and polite checking in and out. The area is a good mix between being secluded and a short walk from a few restaurants and activities.

Sehr schönes sauberes Appartement in toller Lage zum Strand. Durch die Verwaltung durch eine Rezeption hatte man immer einen Ansprechpartner, Kay reagierte schnell auf unsere Nachrichten. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die wenig vorhandenen Liegen am Pool. Das Appartement hatte eine super Aussicht auf das Meer.

Had a lovely stay in Trincomalee in this beautiful condo right on the beach within walkable distance to some restaurants via the beach. If you turn right and walk approximately 10 minutes you can reach salty dogs lovely little restaurant and if you turn left along beach your near pigeon island, highly recommended. Didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on that. Host is very responsive would definitely return

We stayed here for 6 nights at the end of a three week trip around Sri Lanka. It was a great way to end the trip, in a clean, air-conditioned and spacious apartment overlooking the sea. The setting is perfect - sunrise over the sea and picture postcard beach and palms in between. The apartment is part of a larger complex, but it never felt crowded and the pool and surrounding greenery were lovely. It’s clean, comfortable and spacious, perfect for a family. There are a few restaurants and amenities within walking distance but most stuff is either a hot walk or a tuk tuk ride away. It’s worth pointing out that if you’re planning to self-cater, there aren’t many grocery stores in the area and those that are there are sometimes sparsely provisioned. We tended to have breakfast in the apartment and then lunch and dinner locally. All in all, a fantastic base for a relaxing few days - we’d happily return and can equally happily recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Ghazzali’s apartment. It was perfectly clean and tidy and we felt right at home. The amenities within the apartment were very helpful as well as the pool area and very easy access to the beach. Ghazzali was very responsive with messages and we greatly appreciated him hosting us on very short notice. We were extremely impressed with our stay. 10/10. Would recommend to all, especially families.

Beautiful place. Very clean. The pools and beach are amazing. The restaurant on site is good and cheap. The wifi only seemed to work in the morning.

Where do I start? We arrived and were struck by the beautiful pool and gardens. The apartment is stunning - palacial in size! The photos don’t do it justice and the huge balcony offers stunning views of the garden, pool and beach. It was honestly the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. The condo manager was also friendly and helpful with any queries we had. We had planned to visit Trinco but decided to make the most of the apartment and beach to relax. The balcony offers the perfect location to capture the awesome sunrise over the ocean. We used a local company (Pigeon Island Tours) to visit Pigeon Island for a snorkel safari - amazing sea life! We could have stayed longer but regretfully had to continue our adventure of this beautiful country. The apartment was a 10/10! Thank you Nalinda.

Thank you very much Rory and Elaine you have the most amazing taste in your decor. Absolutely amazing breathtaking fact you forget about all your worries and sorrow the moment when you walk in and look through those big massive windows really really wish I could’ve stayed longer however, looking forward to Returning in November once again thank you for all of your assistance during my day and constant phone calls definitely recommend this place guys worth every penny
