Nice apartment, very suitable for couples. The apartment has a good bed, well-equipped kitchen and fine bathroom. Furthermore, the location is excellent: within walking distance of the ski lift to Parsenn, walking distance from the station where you take train to other ski resorts and within walking distance of the city center with restaurants etc. The car is easy to park in the parking garage. The contact with the host is also excellent, very friendly and answers all requests.

The place was excellent for our weekend getaway. Everything was as we expected. A nice quiet place close to the mountain bike trail and skiing area (both of which we didn't use). Nadja was very kind and we always found her responses timely and helpful whenever we asked anything. The room is spacious, has all you need for a getaway, very quiet for a good night's sleep and cozy. Very clean and well maintained. Parking was great...no issues there too! The surrounding areas and places were excellent. A few, but enough, places where to dine, amazing views and lots of things to do. The place itself is also close enough to a couple of borders, which makes visiting the nearby countries a breeze, with a car. If we decide to travel to the area again we would definitely try to book here again! Highly recommended!

Pleasant apartment, you feel right at home. Very well-equipped kitchen for cooking yourself, uncomplicated and fast communication with René as well as a good location, shopping/public transport/cable car within walking distance.

Beautiful apartment where it feels like home. Well-equipped and warm. Sigi has a lot of taste for decorating. I loved the photos of her and her family hanging on the walls. The house was amazing - very comfortable for a group of 6 people, clean, and easy access to Serneus or Klosters ski area with the free bus, 5 min walk from the house. It is fully equipped and Zsuzsanna was easy to communicate with. A great stay near Davos!

A fantastic, sun-drenched apartment in a beautiful historic wooden house, in an authentic mountain village with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the mountains. There is ample space for four people. The stylish kitchen is the very heart of the apartment. The area is absolutely peaceful and tranquil. There is also a garden with fruit trees and a treehouse. The landlords who live in the same house on the upper floors are extraordinarily friendly, likeable and helpful, and there is also a child-friendly dog to play and pet. There is a lot to discover in the surrounding area in all seasons. We were there in late winter and enjoyed the proximity to three ski resorts.

The apartment has met/exceeded all the requirements that an Airbnb apartment has. The amenities were great, nothing was missing.

Lovey apartment, 10 minutes on foot from the gondolas. Supermarket within walking distance, great amenities (pool and sauna) and Pamela was super nice and always available. Really hard to beat for a long weekend on the slopes!

Had a great holiday in Flims in Rene's stay. With 2 families we stayed there for a winter sports holiday. Apartment spacious enough and equipped with all necessary facilities. Balcony on the sunny side. 2 great bathrooms. Ski bus 113 stops right in front of the door and runs in 4 minutes to the mountain slides. Swimming pool and saunas on the ground floor. Very welcoming host. Recommended!

The place was comfortable, cozy and clean. We felt completely comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality interior design and the tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Everything is in very good condition. The ski resort was quickly accessible on foot with the free post car at your doorstep. With the bread roll service we had a fresh breakfast every morning. Ronny also gave us tips, e.g. for the ski school for our daughter. We will be happy to come back!

Great appartement, close to the Jakobshorn Ski-Lift. Nice location with afternoon sun on the balcony. All facilities are close by (train station, shops, super market, ski bus stop). Complete kitchen with good aplliances and kitchen tools.

Everything about the studio was really well thought out. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to cook, the bathroom was very nice and the entire space was comfortable. A short walking distance to both the Laax gondola and buses made it a great spot to access the mountain. Clio was an excellent host, she was really helpful and responsive to all our queries and has clearly thought about the comfort and convenience of their guests.
